In this video, I'll show how to fix Fallout 3 not launching, not opening, not running, auto closing, and how to fix launch crash on Fallout 3, the startup crash.

Right-click anywhere in the desktop
Click on Display Settings
Scroll down
Click on Graphical Elements
Click to search
Write: "Fallout"
Click on Fallout
In "GPU Preferences", click to show the options
Click on "High Performance" to select your dedicated video card GPU
Close the settings

If you don't have a dedicated graphics video card GPU, follow these steps
Go to the Internet
Search for "Intel HD Graphics Bypass Mod for Fallout"
Open the page
Click on "Files"
Log in
Click on "Manual Download"
Extract the files
Open the folder
Copy the d3d9 file
Paste it into the Fallout 3 game folder
Copy the fallout file
Go to Documents
Go to My Games
Open Fallout 3 folder
Paste the fallout file into the Fallout 3 folder
