00:00First of all, the United States has global commitments for our military.
00:03So we are constantly reevaluating where we're positioning forces.
00:06And since the first day of this administration, the Department of War has been working on that.
00:10And that's known to our allies.
00:11I think, you know, what's happening now is that any decision that's announced or made
00:14is viewed through the broader context of some of the, you know, the frictions that we've had in recent months.
00:21But at the end of the day, I think it's well understood in the alliance
00:23that the United States troop presence in Europe is going to be adjusted.
00:27That work was already ongoing.
00:30And it's been done in coordination with our allies.
00:32I'm not saying they're going to be thrilled about it, but they certainly are aware of it.
00:35This is not a decision that was made on the back of a napkin.
00:38I mean, this has been an ongoing process involving other countries as well
00:42and the contributions they can make.
00:43It's not just our force posture.
00:45It's what other countries can contribute as well to come up with something that works for NATO.
00:48And that's realistic.
00:50And that allows us to force posture, for example, in a two-front conflict.
00:59Thank you.
00:59Thank you.
01:00Gracias.
