00:11So, there was a call this morning about three individuals that were unconscious.
00:17I arrived at the scene as well as my EMTs.
00:20The reason why I went is because we run a natural gas system,
00:23and so I was kind of worried that it had to do with natural gas.
00:26And so, when I arrived at the scene, there was actually four individuals that were at the residence.
00:34The town quickly did a check for natural gas,
00:39just to make sure there wasn't carbon monoxide or something like that.
00:42We ended up determining that it was not a leak of any kind.
01:01They are in decontamination, and so the EMTs that they sent home,
01:07actually, I have an EMT that was not able to bring home her wedding ring.
01:11I have another one that was not able to bring home her prescription glasses.
01:15And so, anything that they had today on their body while they responded
01:19was being kept for decontamination.
01:21About an hour later, I got some calls stating that our EMTs were not feeling good
01:26and that they were being transported into the hospital.
01:28And so, that gave me some concern.
01:30I know our EMS chief, Joshua Lewis, is in the hospital right now overnight for observation.
01:35I believe there's two more that are in the hospital overnight for observation.
01:40Right now, they're just trying to figure out what the actual substance is.
01:45They don't know if it's narcotics.
01:46They don't know if it's something else.
01:48They don't know if it's a mixture of the two.
01:49And so, right now, I think that's just the million-million question
01:52that we're trying to figure out.
01:53And that would give people ease and comfort at this point,
01:56is just knowing what exactly it is.
