01:14So what we do here at Stars on the Floor is we mostly manage the dance stars.
01:19So when they come to us, we mostly help them warm up,
01:26cool down, and make sure that their bodies are well activated
01:29so that they are able to dance properly during the whole rehearsals and during the whole show.
01:34And, of course, as artists, as dancers,
01:37we really help our bodies and our health.
01:42So that's very important.
