00:04It is a beautiful female. I know she looks a little swollen. That's actually her filling up
00:09with air trying to show us how big she is. She's like, don't mess with me. Trust me,
00:13sweetheart. I won't. A lot of people ask, isn't the Black Mamba the most venomous snake from
00:19Africa, the most toxic? No, it's actually not. This is about three to four times more toxic
00:23drop for drop. It only takes about four mg of venom to take down an adult human being.
00:27Look at her. She is a little upset. So if you remember right, I have one of the most famous
00:32Bum Slungs in the world, Banksy. He is my BBC or Big Black Colubrid. He is a gorgeous fellow.
00:38We've had him for, what, three maybe four years now. He has, what, over 50 million views on the
00:43different social media apps. So I'm so stoked to be able to pair him up with this beautiful lady right
00:49here. Now I'm going to go ahead and tape a small hook to this lid so I have just a
00:53little bit more
00:53room to pull out just in case she comes steaming out of this container because I really don't want
00:58no part of her. These guys are quick as mambas, man. They're fast. And so they actually have a rear
01:04fang that's right behind the eye that's a ridge tooth. So they don't have a very good delivery system
01:09and they have very low venom yields. So they're not, needless to say, the sketchiest snake from Africa.
01:17But nonetheless, you wouldn't want to get tagged. You can look up what the venom can do to you.
01:20It, it will make you leak out of every orifice of your body. And I don't really want to be
01:24on that boat. So as she comes out, check her out. She is very upset. Hopefully she don't smoke the
01:30glass. She's a beautiful red coloration. A lot of times like males are, are greenish and females
01:36are brown, but I think she's more red. She just is beautiful. I'm a little worried to pair these up
01:41because they're actually not immune to their own venom from what I understand. So if they was to get
01:47instead of scuffle, it could be their end. And they are one of my favorite snakes.
01:51So like I said, these are a colubrid. So they're closely related to your rat snakes,
01:55your king snakes, your milk snakes. They're not like your other venomous, like your cobras,
01:59which are a lapidae or your rattlesnakes, which are Vipyridae. These are the most toxic colubrid on
