00:41Okay, so once you have a nice base coat you're gonna want to take string yarn works best
00:50Plop it right over the balloon like so
00:56And you just do this a few times
01:00There we go. Just nice and even and then we continue to pour our paint

01:13You just want to make sure that it's fully covered
01:17Just like that and the string will come into play later now. I'm going to start using some darker colors
01:25And watch how that kind of just spreads all the way down
01:37You'll see how all these colors kind of start to combine
01:43Creating a beautiful pattern
01:46You can see on the bottom here that there's some parts of her neck that aren't fully coated
01:51So we just take some from down there and scoop it up
01:56It doesn't have to be perfect because all these colors are about to mix into a cool pattern
02:01So just take your fork or your spoon or whatever tools you have and just completely
02:09coat the face
02:12Okay, that's great
02:15Now final step
02:17Got some gold glitter here
02:30Got some gold glitter here
02:37Unscrew the cap
02:38And go along the face
02:42And go along the face
02:43This isn't exactly what it's going to look like because the balloon
02:46And the string are about to play a big role
02:50So just get all the excess off of our hands
02:55Flip it on to the face
02:57And now we are going to pull the strings
03:04So we've got one
03:09Two
03:11Three, four
03:12I'm holding them like this
03:13And you can kind of start to see what's going to happen
03:17It's going to create a very cool pattern
03:19But as soon as I pull on these strings
03:23And I lift
03:24And all the colors start to mix
03:26That's when I'm going to take my scissors
03:29And remember this is a balloon right here
03:31So as soon as I pull the string
03:33You can see
03:35Oh, it's going to look so good
03:36Then I'm going to take my scissors
03:38I'm going to pop the balloon
03:39And all of the excess paint
03:42Will distribute onto her face
03:44Here we go
03:45I'm just going to get these loosened up right here

03:50And you can still see all of the features of her face
03:56They're just covered in paint
03:57So as I
03:58I'll show you the technique here
04:01I'll have to move you back a little bit actually
04:02So as I pull
04:05I'm also going to be doing a twisting motion
04:08Because you can see right there
04:10That's a little taste of what's going to happen to her face
04:14When I twist these strings all around
04:16So let's go ahead and get started

04:21Bring it down onto her face
04:23Because that's where we really want a lot of this to happen

04:29Hold the base
04:31Go around with the twisting motion
04:35Twist, twist, twist, twist, twist
04:36If there's parts that you see that aren't
04:40Getting it like right there
04:41You just bring the string over
04:43And you twist

04:48I think I'm pretty happy with that
04:49So I'm just going to take this
04:51And set that to the side
04:53So now I'm just going to take my scissors
04:56And remember this is a balloon on top
04:59So that's what we use to evenly pour
05:03And you can see right here
05:06There's a lot of that gold coming through
05:11I like that a lot
05:12And there's a lot of gold on top
05:14So what we do
05:14Because we want this to be kind of covered all in gold
05:17So we take a little bit more of those sprinkles
05:20Or glitter I should say
05:21And just coat it on top
05:23So that when it pops
05:25It's going to go all around the crown
05:28So here we go
05:30Just going to wipe my hands off
05:32Get all that excess paint off of me
05:36Keep our station clean
05:38And then I'm going to use just the snip method
05:41So basically I take the base
05:44Of the balloon right here
05:46I just take my scissors
05:48And I'm just going to gently
05:54Snip

06:09On this crown part
