00:18million, restoring the Grade II listed building over the past decade.
00:23The application proposes up to 25 larger events a year,
00:27including weddings and corporate bookings, plus smaller workshops, filming and photography sessions.
00:33The applicants say the income would help secure the hall's long-term conservation,
00:38while supporting local suppliers and hotels in the wider Solihull area over time.
