00:21spreading blaze. Evacuation orders were issued for parts of Simi Valley, while warnings were
00:26extended to the Thousand Oaks area, and several roads were closed as crews worked to contain
00:31the fire. The flames were driven by morning wind gusts of more than 48 km per hour, although
00:37conditions eased later in the day. The cause of the wildfire is under investigation.
