00:22because we thought Iran is doing all these terrible things.
00:24If Iran also gets a nuclear weapon, it's likely to act with impunity.
00:28So we don't want that, but what's the way to deal with it?
00:33And we looked at the military option, as did the Bush administration before
00:38and the Biden administration after,
00:40and we concluded that for some of the exact reasons we're seeing now,
00:44that was not necessarily the best option.
