00:00Welcome back in this video I will show you how to change the black background on Word document.
00:06Changing the background color in Microsoft Word depends on whether you just want to change your
00:11workspace layout or if you want to actually change the page color for printing exporting.
00:18So therefore if the background of the actual document page has been changed to black and you
00:23want to change the lateral page color for this you need to click on the design tab on the top
00:29menu bar and on the far right side of the ribbon click on the page color or select the no

00:39to return to the standard white page. So moreover if you use the color a page Word by default does
00:48not print background colors to save ink so if you wanted to print you will need to go to the
00:55file on the top menu bar go to the options and click on the display and check the print background

01:12entire word window is black and you want to change it back to the classic white or gray you need
