22:22to instil that into players
22:24who've come in, even the guys that have come in
22:27in January, the likes of

22:30in the end of this season, they've been able
22:32to keep that message across

22:36I think that's what's important
22:39when you think about the impact
22:41that Martin Ailes had on the team
22:42you can have an impact if you've got the players

23:04but the players

23:08You need the players that can go
23:09and drag you through games
23:11that have been there before
23:12that have the mentality
23:13as Scott says
23:14who's played with them
23:15the way they are in training
23:16the way they are around the club
23:18what's acceptable
23:19what's unacceptable
23:20and how to manage
23:21you know, those lows
23:22as much as the highs
23:23so I think when you've got
23:25a core group of players like that
23:27they will be such a healthy manager
23:31and a coaching staff
23:31because they do a lot of the work for them
23:34in terms of managing
23:35new players coming in
23:36the expectation
23:37someone steps out of line
23:38someone's not putting the work in
23:39they're the ones that are there to go
23:41and show them how to do it
23:43and you cannot understate that
23:46it's a massive part
23:47and it's why we're standing here
