00:08As a part of DHR's outreach program, the DHR introduces the second edition of the summer festival starting tomorrow.
00:17The summer festival begins with a literary event for three days.
00:22The first day, a poetry workshop will take place guided by I.T. Roorke alumni for the students of Victoria
00:30Boyce High School followed by an competition.
00:33The second day, we will see open mics or the voices of Hillstead as we call them take place at
00:40the Karshong railway station.
00:46The first event on the second day will be an open joy ride taking place from Karshong to Mahanati in
00:55which local people will be able to showcase their musical talent.
01:01It will be followed by open mic voices of the hills in which people with poetic backgrounds can show their
01:10skills.
01:11The third day will be a similar event but indulging.
01:16This initiative from DHR is aimed at boosting local talent and giving them the correct platform and helping them meet
01:28with professionals and helping them learn and hone their talents.
