Gen. Romeo Brawner Jr. said not a single soldier tasked with securing the Senate building used a weapon during the gunfire incident. Instead, it was the armed personnel of the Office of the Sergeant-at-Arms (OSAA) who fired the shots that caused panic among senators, journalists, and other people present in the building on Wednesday night.
