00:00I mean, you played for the guy.
00:01What can you tell us about Nick Sirianni as a head coach?
00:03Personally, I thought Nick would be a champion one day
00:07because he possessed the traits that a leader needs
00:13in order for guys to follow.
00:16And I could quickly tell that his principles and values
00:20that he instilled in us as a team equated to championships,
00:26connectivity, competitiveness, all those sort of things.
00:31I think those two things alone are massive.
00:35Very intentional with how we connect it.
00:38Yes, believe in that it has to be led by the players,
00:41but I'm also going to curate some of these ideas and experiences
00:47so that, again, it's a part of our culture.
00:51I'm also going to have you compete, whether it's in teams,
00:55team settings, weight room, and, of course, out in the field,
00:58putting us in those competitive moments, you know, third down and 5, 10,
01:03you know, good on good, red zone, good on good.
01:06Like those things transfer to Sundays, and they transfer well.
01:11And so those are the things that I saw in the way that he taught the game,
01:16and he taught it from a level of understanding both sides of the football
01:21and did it in a collective and team setting where on Sundays we come in
01:26and it's a good, bad, and indifferent, and it's known.
01:29And it's not only hearing it from him,
01:32but you're hearing it from the offensive coordinators
01:34and defensive coordinators.
01:35So there's a level of accountability that's also instilled.
01:38And I think all those things that I saw, like, just in that short frame of time
01:43was like, yeah, he gets it.
01:45He knows what it takes.
01:46And it's only a matter of time for everybody bods in,
01:49and then the talent is there.
01:51It's just, you know, you need it.
01:53You know, you need that framework and that foundation to be set.
