00:23Obviously your goal is total freedom.

00:40Exert yourself and do both the things simultaneously.
00:45And for every hour that you spend just fulfilling your obligations, remind yourself,

01:00finish off this phase of life as soon as possible.

01:06And say, the heart is the primary thing.
01:08It deserves space.
01:09It deserves my energy and time.
01:10And I'll allot that to it.
01:13And the more you allot your time, energy and space to it, the more disgusted you will feel with the
01:19other part of your life.
01:20And the more disgusted you are, the more quickly you will run away.
01:24And that is freedom.
