00:00Well, I think this is yet another piece of evidence to suggest that the election officer who conducted himself fairly
00:11well to please BJP has been suitably rewarded, that you have helped us get to power, so you are entitled
00:19to some fruits, some rewards, so you will be appointed as the chief secretary of the state.
00:25This only adds to suspicion that the elections in West Bengal were not fair and they were in support of
00:36Bharati Jantabadi.
00:39Asa, TVK blames Governor for Mandai Mataram priority, not suitable for Tamil Nadu, amid the role over Mandai Mataram being
00:48played before the Tamil anthem, what do you mean?
00:50You see, we have observed the swearing-in ceremony of Vijay, which was a bit different from usual ceremonies of
01:01the chief ministers.
01:01There was austerity, there was some kind of simplicity, but then at the end of the swearing-in of a
01:09few ministers while parting, they played Vande Mataram first and then they also played Janagaravana.
01:18Well, this is just a choice of some people. Well, I don't think this should be politicised. I don't think
01:24this should be criticised.
01:27Well, both are equally respectable songs and everybody stood up in respect. There is no complaint or grievance of any
01:38misbehaviour or showing disrespect on the part of any person present there.
01:42And therefore, it should not be made any controversy. And political leaders who are trying to capitalise on this, that
01:50this is something which is faulted, which is criticised,
01:53well, I think even media should abstain from making any stories out of this happening.
02:00Okay. Sir, Maharashtra government removed 69 lakh women from Ladki Bahan scheme after verification drive. What did you say on
02:10this?
02:10No, I didn't get you. What is that question?
02:13Maharashtra government removes 69 lakh women from Ladki Bahan scheme after verification drive.
02:20Exactly. You see, the promise of the Maharashtra government that they would throw people's money in the name of support
02:30to Ladli Bahan or whatever they call it was being misused.
02:34And as a matter of fact, deserving poor people, deserving poor areas where money, public money must be spent have
02:43gone dry because the money was looted.
02:46In fact, all undeserving women took it or there was corruption in distribution of money. So, it is now good
02:55that it is found out that a huge sum was misspent in the name of Ladli Bahan.
03:02So, if the government has taken a step in that regard, it must be appreciated. And as a matter of
03:07fact, the government must understand that as a vote-catching device during the time of election, you come out with
03:13such policies that we will give you free this, freebies and all that.
03:17You see, that is not in the interest of welfare state. You see, for education, for medical aid, for senior
03:23citizens, for children, for women, you know, there are number of areas where money is required, where there is a
03:29dearth of money.
03:30So, this misspending money in the name of Ladli Bahan has been partially at least detected and cured. So, it
03:38is a welcome step.
03:38Q. Sir, Hamanta Vishwa Sarma will be sworn as the Assam Chief Minister today. What did you say?
03:46Well, Hamanta is the leader of Bharatiya Janta Party and he is the darling of BJP because he is known
03:55for promoting BJP's policies of hatred and of making all statements against the community.
04:02And therefore, he is considered by Bharatiya Janta Party as a very useful person with utility person. And then, therefore,
04:10it was expected that since they have won the elections in Assam, he would be the best choice for BJP
04:17to promote its agenda.
04:20Q. As a PM Modi urging citizens to conserve fuel, postpone gold purchase, adopt work-from-home practices, reduce unnecessary
04:27spending involvement for an exchange policy?
04:30Q. Well, this statement of the Honorable Prime Minister has met with severe criticism from opposition and from the people
04:37also. They are not able to understand what has made the Prime Minister make such a statement.
04:42He must say that the country is facing A crisis, B crisis, C crisis. Therefore, the people are expected to
04:50follow me and then follow the advice that is being given to them. He doesn't do that.
04:55Q. He simply tells you, reminds you of COVID days. You see, I must tell the Honorable Prime Minister that
05:02the COVID period was a dark period in our history.
05:05Q. People, it was like a nightmare. People do not want to remember COVID. And the Prime Minister is reminding
05:12them of COVID. Days like COVID have come again. Days like lockdown will come again. This is disastrous.
05:21Q. The Prime Minister should, on the contrary, tell the people that they should not be scared of anything. We
05:27have enough means to see that normal life goes on. But at the same time, lavish expenditure should be avoided.
05:35This is the statement that the Prime Minister ought to have said.
05:37Q. But he is now saying, no, no, don't get out of the house. No, don't use the vehicle. How
05:43many vehicles are being used for the protection of political leaders? How many gallons of petrol and diesel is being
05:51wasted for protocol of hundreds of leaders across?
05:56Q. People can see that. People can see that. And a poor man who is taking a small car for
06:00the purpose, a middle class man for the purpose of his job, for earning his bread. You see, he is
06:04asked not to do that.
06:06Q. Well, I think this appeal of the Honourable Prime Minister, although on the face of it appears to be
06:11promoting austerity, but I think it is an agenda of BJP only to make people prepared for drastic rise in
06:21various commodities and the fall of Indian rupees, which they are not able to prevent, which is disastrous.
06:27Q. It only shows that the financial policies of our country has not been successful, and all the praises that
06:36are being showered by the Prime Minister on his Finance Minister and Finance Ministry are absolutely false.
06:43Q. Yes.
06:44Q. Yes.
06:46Q. Yes.
06:46Q. Yes.
06:46Q. Yes.
06:46Q. Yes.
06:47Q. Yes.
06:47Q. Yes.
06:48Q. Yes.
06:48Q. Yes.
06:49Q. Yes.
06:49Q. Yes.
06:50Q. Yes.
