FC Dallas forward makes a breathtaking stoppage-time goal and hits the “Night Night” celly

Sam Sarver gave FC Dallas fans a finish they will not forget on Saturday night. The 23-year-old forward capped Dallas’ 3-1 victory over Real Salt Lake with a breathtaking stoppage-time goal that earned the Energy Moment of the Matchday presented by Celsius for Matchday 12. The play started with open field in front of Sarver and quickly turned into a footrace that nobody in the RSL defense could win. Sarver broke free in the 92nd minute, charged toward goal and calmly finished to seal the home victory at Toyota Stadium. Moments later, he delivered another highlight by breaking out the famous “Night Night” celebration popularized by Stephen Curry before leaping into the stands to celebrate with supporters.
