00:00Hi.
00:01A huge win, dramatic moment in the title race and the way for you to get it as well.
00:06You seem pretty certain from the moment that late West Ham goal went in that it was a foul, but
00:11were you nervous at all?
00:13Well, yeah, what a moment, what an afternoon, what a week it's been for us.
00:18So full of emotions.
00:20I cannot praise enough the attitude, the desire, the courage and the quality that the team has shown throughout this
00:26week
00:26because it was so much at stake and today we knew.
00:30Against a team that is fighting for their life, a club with an incredible history, how tough it was going
00:36to be.
00:36I think we started the game so well.
00:38Three big chances to go in front and we didn't manage to do that, so we have to keep our
00:43heads cool.
00:44Then we have Ben White's injury, we have to make an adjustment there.
00:48After the half-time we have to make another one with Ricky's injury.
00:52And after that I said half-time to the boys, we're really going to go for it.
00:55So we're ready because if the game is not panning out in the manner that we have to, we're going
01:00to have to change it.
01:02And the finisher has done the difference.
01:04Martin's come in, he had an incredible impact in the game.
01:07An action that leaves Leo in a top position to score the goal.
01:12And after that there are two moments.
01:13One is David's safe with nil-nil, one against one, which is the story of the season again.
01:19And the other one, it's in the most chaotic circumstances when two teams are playing for their lives.
01:25I call from the refs that I think it's very brave but very consistent with what they've been talking about
01:32all season.
01:33So when I have to be critical I have been and today I have to praise them at least for
01:37giving the option to a referee to decide.
01:40Away from the lights and the chaos to give clarity to him to make the right call.
01:44And I think when you look at the action in that way, I think it is an obvious error and
01:50it is a free kick and the goal has to be disallowed.
01:54So congratulations because they made a big call in very, very difficult circumstances.
02:00John?
02:01I think it's been described on TV as arguably the biggest VAR decision in Premier League history.
02:07Which is a fair shout, but also there's no doubt in your mind that it's about low time.
02:13And then I guess a lot of people will be thinking why does it kind of take so long?
02:18Yeah.
02:20Do you understand that and then also did it add to your tension and nervousness around the world?
02:25Probably today I have realised how difficult and how big is the referee's job.
02:33Because you're talking about a moment I can't decide the history, the course of two massive clubs that they are
02:39fighting with their lives to achieve their objectives.
02:42And the pressure is huge.
02:46It was a right choice.
02:48Amy?
02:49Just quickly about Ben White.
02:51He looked in quite a lot of discomfort.
02:53Yeah.
02:55We don't know, but it doesn't look good at home.
02:58So he needs some further testing tomorrow probably and I will know a bit more.
03:03And I also just ask you more generally, apart from the game itself.
03:06It felt like such a big hurdle to get over this one at the end of this week and knowing
03:11exactly what's in front of you now.
03:13How do you feel?
03:14How do they in the dressing room feel?
03:16Amazing.
03:16I mean, I feel so happy, so proud, relieved as well because we knew the difficulty of the game.
03:25But we've done it.
03:26It's been a phenomenal week in every sense.
03:28What the team has done, the way we played, the way we have approached games.
03:34Then what our supporters have done for us this season all week and today as well is phenomenal.
03:41I think it changes the energy of the team.
03:42And, yeah, we have to leave the present now and just think about Burnley because that's the only important thing.
03:49James, CBS?
03:50Yes.
03:50It sounds like you had to make the change to bring Christian in the half-time.
03:54But did you feel like moving Declan into right-back maybe didn't work as well as you expected and as
04:00well as it worked for Brian?
04:01There are two actions defensively.
04:02There are two actions defensively that we suffered a little bit.
04:03I don't think it's because of his position.
04:06But we altered things.
04:07We had to.
04:08But as well with the game that I expected bringing Moski was going to lock something that we really believe
04:15that it can give us the fluidity and the chance to hurt them.
04:21But sometimes you have to make another change.
04:23And the one on Suvi was tough but I really felt it that we had to put two attacking midfielders
04:28in that moment to generate all the kind of issues and threats.
04:31And thanks God it worked out.
04:34Tom?
04:36Often you think about games where you might score lower goals and get momentum from that.
04:40Can games like this that end in such a way give you such an emotional feeling that should be very
04:44beneficial?
04:45Especially when there is only two games to go after that.
04:48And we have created some big chances and we didn't score and the team had to stay cool.
04:55And I knew that they were going to have moments as well because they don't need much to create issues
04:58in and around your box with the players that they have and the setup that they have.
05:02So, yeah, we navigated through that and I think we deserve to win the game.
05:07OK, last two because Nuno is waiting.
05:09We'll go to Nick from Haters.
05:10I think a couple of those early chances fell to Deandre Trossard and he hit the post.
05:14Yeah.
05:15And then he waited so late to get that winner and his first goal in 2026 despite a good run
05:21of form recently.
05:22Yeah.
05:22What are your thoughts on that?
05:23Well, there is a player that makes a difference for us and he had, as everybody, it's impossible to maintain
05:30the level, especially what we demand to our front players.
05:33I think recently he's been really, really good.
05:35I think the games that he's played this week has been phenomenal and it's made a difference.
06:03So, yeah, that tells you how good it's been.
06:06OK everyone, thanks very much.
