00:39queues in some of the destinations and in fact we've also seen some airports having to
00:45completely switch off the use of the kiosk because the queues have been,
00:50passengers have waited for hours and hours in queues.
00:52Here in the UK, the system is meant to be used by passengers before they get on ferries
00:57at Dover and the Eurocamber at Folkestone.
