00:16Basically, we at this age of our life, we wanted a community living.
00:21And most probably the location was, it was squeezed to Noida because all our relatives are near around.
00:26Fortunately for us, I would say so, some age officials came to Naukri.com.
00:32My son and my daughter, they were working in Naukri.com. They got a chance to book a flat.
00:37So they came here, they showed me the video and all these things.
00:40And we loved the brochure and the video and all these things.
00:43So that was the need, motivation and then we booked the flat.
00:47So that is how the story started.
00:54Someone even said, told me that you are living in a heaven.
00:57It is such a beautiful ambience, beautiful environment, beautiful architecture. It is everything.
01:07And my son, whenever he used to come home, he never used to stay at home.
01:13He used to just come and then go for outing.
01:16Because now when he comes here, he thinks it is a resort.
01:21So I don't need to go out.
01:23So what he does, he invites his friends over here.
01:26They stay here, they enjoy all these facilities.
01:29So from that point of view, it is a beautiful thing.
01:38And top of it, being in the sports city.
01:41I can understand and to my information, all these sports facilities which you have prepared.
01:49I won't say it is on the parameters or the dimension wise or the facilities wise.
01:54They are as per the Olympics level.
01:56But it is as per the semi-Olympic level.
01:59So it is a very good opportunity.
02:02Though I am not going to avail these opportunities.
02:05But I am sure younger generation who are going to come.
02:08And those who are going to enjoy the facilities.
02:11And they have an advantage that apart from their educational skill.
02:16They can train themselves in any of the sports activities which they like.
02:20Which is up to their taste.
02:22So Ace has given a beautiful opportunity for the youngsters.
02:27That is for the outdoor activity.
02:29Where it includes everything.
02:30It includes long tennis, basketball, swimming, cricket and everything.
02:36And on top of it, for older people like me and my wife and other people.
02:42We have got a temple also.
02:44For us it is a USB.
02:46Because whenever we just walk around in the morning.
02:49The first thing is we just move our head in front of the temple.
02:53And then we start our life.
02:54So it gives a few positive vibes.
02:56Not only among the people but among the residents also.
03:04As far as the indoor activities concerned.
03:07It is lovely.
03:08My grandchildren they usually come on weekends.
03:11They come and they sit in the library.
03:13They play Ludo.
03:14They read books.
03:15They play billiards and table tennis.
03:17Everything.
03:18I mean in all respect.
03:26We are enjoying this society.
03:28It is really good.
03:30Even I had a chance to speak to your chairman about 3-4 days back.
03:33And I gave him the feedback also.
03:35And the people are good.
03:36They are very responsive.
03:37And whenever we have a problem.
03:39We are being looked after.
03:41And I must thank all the Ace team.
