00:00It's a decisive week in the Champions League as the second legs of the semi-finals take place.
00:06Let's go over a few important things to keep in mind as this week's action unfolds.
00:11First of all, tiebreakers. Now remember, the away goal rule is, sadly, if you ask me, a thing in the
00:17past.
00:17So that means that if the two teams have scored the same amount of goals across the two legs,
00:22no matter if they were scored at home or away, then we'll get 30 minutes of extra time.
00:27And then if they're still not a winner, then it's a penalty shootout and some very short nails for fans
00:34of the two teams involved.
00:36Secondly, suspensions. Now, all yellow cards picked up by players throughout the tournament were scrapped before the start of the
00:42semi-finals.
00:43And players will not be suspended for the final, even if they're booked in both legs of the semi-final.
00:49Good news all round.
00:50The only way a player can be banned for the final is if they get a straight red card in
00:57the second leg of the semi-finals.
00:59And lastly, where and when is the Champions League final?
01:02Now, the Champions League final is set for May 30th at Puskas Arena in Budapest in Hungary.
01:09And for the first time ever, the final is going to kick off at 6pm local time, which is 12pm
01:16Eastern time and 9am Pacific time, three hours earlier than normal.
01:20Champions League final for breakfast.
01:22You West Coasters are so lucky.
