23:51I mean, that's absolutely the biggest spot he's ever had as a WWE superstar, and he shined as well.
23:57He certainly did.
23:58You know, Rosenberg, we talked a lot about the Bloodline Civil War Games match that finished the show tonight.
24:04Huge, huge, huge victory for Roman Reigns and his OG Bloodline with a lot of help from CM Punk.
24:10What's your takeaway from that match?
24:12First of all, it's just awesomely entertaining and an absolutely needed, I mean, Wade and Biggie talked about this on
24:19the Countdown show,
24:20an absolutely needed victory for the OG Bloodline.
24:24They had to get it.
24:25They do.
24:26And furthermore, how do you not come away from that match talking about the Samoan werewolf?
24:31I mean, Jacob Fatu, every time we see this guy, I feel like the entire WWE universe is blown away,
24:38and I had that feeling again tonight.
24:40I've got to ask you, Rosenberg, I just spoke to the Ring General Gunther about the way I'm dressed, applying
24:46to join Imperium.
24:47I have noticed the way you're dressed, too.
24:49Let me ask you, are you also trying to pitch yourself for Imperium here?
24:53Listen, I mean, you brought it up.
24:55It was a slight inspiration, as you said earlier.
24:58There's not room for both of us.
25:00Let's be clear.
25:00One man can perhaps join Imperium.
25:03I think from a physical prowess standpoint, they'd be smarter going with you, but I bring other things to the
25:09table.
25:10Such as?
25:11Entertainment value.
25:12All right.
25:13Really good with the aux cord in the car.
25:16I'm fantastic there.
25:17Okay.
25:18Good passenger seat, passenger for Peter Rosenberg.
25:22Rosenberg, thank you for the time.
25:24We appreciate it.
25:24I'd be remiss if I didn't mention that you're standing in front of the Vancouver Canucks logo there.
25:29Shout out to the fans here.
25:30They were chanting JT Miller.
25:32You guys, that might mean nothing to you.
25:33I'm not a hockey guy.
25:34But that is a member of the Vancouver Canucks.
25:36A lot going on around him right now.
25:37Shout out to Pavel Bure.
25:39Pavel Bure.
25:39Trevor Linden.
25:40The legends.
25:41The legends.
25:42Listen, no doubt about it.
25:44Absolute legends.
25:45But the JT Miller chant, that popped me tonight.
25:47That was well played by the crowd here in Vancouver.
25:50Rosenberg, you're out.
25:51I'm being told in my ear.
25:52Cut his mic.
25:53Cut his mic.
25:53He's done.
25:54He's done.
25:55But let's turn our attention back to tonight's action.
26:00This being the first premium live event to be held in Vancouver in over two decades.
26:05Let's get to the Slim Jim Savage moment of the night.
26:09You can go to X and use the hashtag to share what is the most savage moment from Survivor Series.
26:15Let us know your thoughts.
26:18But for us, we got to go back to this triple threat.
26:21Well, this is the moment Seamus Ribs kind of caved in.
26:24It looked like Ludwig Kaiser was going to put this one to bed and grab gold for the first time.
26:28But guess what?
26:29Here's the big, badass Braun Breaker doing exactly what his name suggests and breaking his opponents on his way to
26:37victory.
26:38I feel like I felt that fear in my soul.
26:41It didn't happen to me.
26:42Oh, yeah.
26:42It's in there.
26:43It's in there now.
26:44It certainly is.
26:46Congratulations again to Braun Breaker on retaining that intercontinental championship.
26:50You know, elsewhere, the only title that changed dance tonight was that United States championship.
26:55Shinsuke Nakamura winning that from L.A. night after just returning back to WWE very recently.
27:01How impressive was his performance?
27:03I feel like this guy just is like perennial.
27:06I can't say the word.
27:08Perennially.
27:08Perennially.
27:09There we go.
27:09Thank you.
27:10What a great teammate up here.
27:11Great teammate.
27:12We help each other here.
27:13Underappreciated.
27:14Not underrated, but underappreciated.
27:16Absolutely.
27:16And I think he reminded a lot of people of who he is here tonight.
27:19I have really enjoyed.
27:20I've loved this new version of Shinsuke Nakamura.
27:23He seems focused, different intensity.
27:26Even the song, which we all love, is remixed.
27:28But seeing this version of Shinsuke, I thought was really impressive.
27:30And to beat L.A. straight up.
27:32You know, we were expecting.
27:33I was thinking the Black Mist would really play a part tonight.
27:35It wasn't even on the table.
27:36It wasn't a thing at all.
27:38All right.
27:38Well, congratulations to Shinsuke Nakamura.
27:41Let's head backstage now.
27:45All right, guys.
27:46We've got the representative of the OG bloodline, Jimmy and Jey Uso, as well as Sammy Zane.
27:51And we'll open things up with our first question.
27:55Come on, man.
27:56Marlo Usos, what's happening, baby?
27:58Marlo.
27:58Marlo Usos.
27:59This is Ali Taylor.
28:00I'm also with CBS Sports.
28:01So when the Iyenga calls, you've got to answer that thing.
28:04My bad.
28:05You're in my way, brother.
28:06You're in my shot.
28:08So y'all handle business tonight.
28:10And y'all have to let the little Usos know that y'all still run things.
28:13Do y'all want to go back and, like, try to chase some titles?
28:15Or you want to let the little Usos know you still run this thing?
28:20I think whatever presents a way towards us, man, the Usos is always going to be the Usos.
28:24Right, Usos?
28:25We done did everything in tag team wrestling, I feel like.
28:29But they can get this work if they want it.
28:32Yeah.
28:32But I would like, you know, well, whatever happens, happens.
28:36You know what I'm saying?
28:36I think my twin brother, Jim, can hold his own on his, you know, singles competition, too.
28:43I like where we're at right now.
28:45We can move and groove either way.
28:46That's what I think.
28:48Yeet.
28:49Right, Jim?
28:51Yeet.
28:54Sir Wilkins here with Jabba Tears.
28:56So, shout-out to you guys for a great victory.
29:00Sammy, are you staying?
29:02Is this official now?
29:04Is this going to – are you not going to go on your own?
29:07Are you back with – oh, CM Punk just walked in.
29:09Right.
29:10But more about – I'm talking to you, Sammy.
29:12Is this, like, a thing?
29:13Will you stay together?
29:14Hello?
29:15Can anybody hear me?
29:17Somebody give me some muffins.
29:18I think the bloodline thing now over the last – what happened?
29:22Oh.
29:24I think the bloodline thing, because of the length of time for how long it's gone on now
29:30and for the level of fan investment over the last few years, I feel like the closest thing
29:34I can kind of compare it to is, like, my story with Kevin Owens, for example, wherein it's
29:40sort of a story that I think is always going to be there.
29:43So, you know, the previous question was asking, you know, Jay obviously has been doing tremendous
29:48things on his own.
29:50Does he want to go back into a team?
29:51Does he want to go do this?
29:52Does he want to go – what's the future for all the bloodline members?
29:57I don't know, right?
29:58I don't know.
29:59But I think even if we all sort of drift in different directions, it's become this thing
30:04where you can always just sort of float back to the mothership, you know?
30:08Much like me and Kevin have been telling a story for over 20 years, and somehow we always
30:13find each other in our crosshairs.
30:14And we're very diligent, just as I think with the bloodline with regards to how we tell this
30:19story, we're very diligent about how we do it to make sure it's always piquing the
30:23fans' interest.
30:24So I don't have a definitive answer for you.
30:27I don't know.
30:29But it's definitely not the end.
30:31I don't know if this is like we're back and we're running it just like we did two years
30:34ago, but it's never really going to be over because it's family.
30:39You know what I'm saying?
30:40I love the answer.
30:40Thank you.
30:41Thanks.
30:41In other words, he's staying.
30:43Yeah, right.
30:44Yeah.
30:45A lot to basically say.
30:46Shout out to Osama right here.
30:50Question for Sammy, Shaquille Mahjuri, CBS Sports.
30:54A bit of a preamble, so please bear with me here.
30:56But I spoke to Paul Heyman last week, and when we were discussing your role in the bloodline,
31:02there's two things that really stuck with me.
31:03One is that prior to linking up with these guys, you were getting beat up by Wee Man and
31:09Johnny Knoxville and Mark Henry's hand of a son at WrestleMania.
31:15But to see one and a half years later.
31:18I'm proud of that.
31:18Hey, great match.
31:20I'm not saying that.
31:20I didn't say anything.
31:21I'm with you.
31:21Yeah.
31:22Apology.
31:22I know.
31:22It's all good.
31:24A year and a half later, we're talking about if you should be headlining WrestleMania against
31:28Roman Reigns.
31:29Second of that is Paul described you as a real catalyst for fleshing out everyone else in
31:35the group, that you helped bring out so many layers in Jay and Jimmy and Roman.
31:39So two-part question.
31:41What has this storyline done for you?
31:43And how does it feel to be, to a lot of people, an MVP who really helped put this whole
31:48thing
31:48on the map?
31:50Well, it's very kind of you to say, first of all.
31:52Thank you.
31:53It took a while to get there.
31:54Well, thank you.
31:54Yeah, it took a while.
31:55I was about to hate you.
31:56We're starting out.
31:57One more super-taking, Jay.
32:00A couple of things.
32:02First of all, I know being in a match with Johnny Knoxville is considered to be lower on
32:07the totem pole, obviously, than the main event of WrestleMania.
32:09I get that.
32:10I acknowledge that, but I think part of the success with my involvement with the Bloodline
32:16story is just taking everything I do almost too seriously, maybe.
32:22If it's not even about being too serious, it's just about making it as good as it's humanly
32:25possible.
32:26And I think that's what...
32:30Are those desserts or whatever?
32:32Man, we asking for some desserts over here.
32:34She gave us this.
32:35Come on, Osama.
32:36Osama, come on, man.
32:38You've been here longer than all our daddy have.
32:41Man, I don't want that.
32:44Okay, I'm sorry.
32:45I kind of lost track of your question.
32:47What have you done for this?
32:48Yeah, so I think I did provide a foil to kind of differentiate, you know, like Jay actually
32:54said this in a promo, but like, I bet you guys aren't asking which twin are you now,
32:58right?
32:58Because we were able to create such a contrast with all the characters.
33:02And I think I really just served as a foil to differentiate that.
33:06And a lot of that stuff was pre-planned, but a lot of it was just accidentally stumbling
33:09on gold.
33:10Like, there really is, you know, and I'm trying not to blow too much smoke here, but there
33:14really is a magic chemistry with the four of us.
33:17Not Punk, because he's new to the equation here.
33:19No disrespect.
33:20But when, you know, Roman and myself and the twins, they're really...
33:24And Heyman, too.
33:25There's just something really magical about the chemistry there.
33:27And just running this story back the last couple of weeks, I mean, we nudged each other
33:31a few times.
33:32Like, man, OG bloodline, man.
33:34You feel it?
33:35You feel it?
33:35Just the way the TV unfolds and the left turns and the right turns.
33:40Man, it's just, I don't know.
33:41It's addictive.
33:43All this to say, I'm very, very proud of both the Knoxville stuff.
33:46And yes, I'm extremely proud of what this, being a part of this.
33:50I think there's Hall of Famers who've won multiple championships, who've headlined
33:55WrestleMania, have had Hall of Fame careers that never got to tell a story this good,
33:58this layered.
33:59So it's a privilege beyond what I could put into words to run it with these guys.
34:04It really has.
34:06Yeah, I don't know.
34:07I don't know what else to say beyond that.
34:09I'm proud to be a part of it.
34:11I'm glad I contributed.
34:13Your time for one final question.
34:15All right, CM Punk.
34:17You have sweets in front of you, so I feel like I have to ask you a spicy question.
34:21So a decade ago, you famously said that a lot of your previous clashes with management
34:26were because you were reminded that Roman Reigns is a big priority for this company.
34:30And at that time, he was touted as a feature of the company.
34:32When you reflect on your time away from wrestling and then making your time back to the WWE,
34:37what do you make of the meteoric rise of Roman Reigns?
34:45No comment.
34:48Yeet.
34:50On that note, that wraps up our question.
34:54No comment, dude.
34:56We're going to end it now.
34:57I'm following orders here.
34:58Okay, they killed it.
35:00Yeet.
35:01Yeah.
35:02All right, how's it relaxed?
35:03Yeet.
35:04Jimmy's hurt.
35:05Not that bad.
35:06Not that bad.
35:07Yeah, my brother broke his toe on this big splash tonight.
35:10I'm going with you.
35:11Yeah, happy birthday to my wife, Naomi.
35:14And we're out on the...
35:14Yeah, happy birthday, Jimmy!
35:20Jimmy and Jay, Sami Zayn, CM Punk.
35:23What up, Saxon?
35:23Thank you for spending some time with us, guys.
35:25Blah, blah, cologne.
35:26All right, thank you.
35:28All right, well, Byron Saxon gets that room back under control.
35:31Good luck with that, Byron.
35:33We are back here.
35:34Jackie Redman, Wade Barrett, Big E.
35:36You know, I think the start of that press conference with the OG bloodline,
35:40minus Roman Reigns, but plus CM Punk there in the press room,
35:43I thought an important topic came up, and that is,
35:45does this mean you guys are back together?
35:47It's like, that's going to be a question now,
35:49and I don't know that the answer is very clear,
35:51because we've seen Jey Uso have success,
35:52we've seen Sami Zayn, you know,
35:54who was really traumatized in a lot of ways by his time with the bloodline,
35:57despite speaking glowingly about it.
36:00You know, there was some bad times as well.
36:02So, what do you think?
36:03Well, I think it comes down to what Roman Reigns wants to do next,
36:07and I found it quite interesting that Roman Reigns was not there
36:10with the quartet of winners.
36:12Why was he not there?
36:13I don't know if there was something mentioned in the press conference
36:16before we got there.
36:17Where in the world is Roman Reigns?
36:17He wasn't there.
36:18I suspect he's currently torturing a certain wise man
36:22to find out exactly what this guarantee,
36:26this favor that he's promised to CM Punk,
36:28you know, how is that going to play out in time?
36:30And, you know, the tight lips of Paul Heyman may have to give way at some point,
36:34because Roman Reigns is not a man you should be hiding information from,
36:39to say the least.
36:39And, Jackie, to your earlier point, you know, when the bloodline first started,
36:43you saw a lot of the guys, the Usos had done incredible things in the tag team division,
36:47but oftentimes they were kind of Roman's lackeys,
36:50and the dynamic has really shifted now.
36:52We see now Jay has become this enormous star,
36:54Sammy has gone on his own, even Jimmy's come back,
36:57and now the positioning is different.
36:58And I think that's oftentimes one of the issues,
37:01especially with a larger group,
37:02is now you have all these personalities, all these superstars.
37:05can they all work together?
37:07Because, you know, does being in the bloodline mean diminishing your own singles path?
37:11I think what you're trying to say is that all factions over time,
37:15they start to argue, they start to pull out,
37:17the personalities change, such as, I don't know,
37:20let me think, the New Day?
37:22What about the New Day?
37:23They've gone a bit sour, haven't they?
37:25Are you going to give us a no comment on Kofi and Woods?
37:29Don't pull a CM Punk here.
37:30Give us something.
37:32What's going on?
37:32What is it that you want me to say?
37:33What's going on?
37:33Tenth anniversary's coming up, mate.
37:35It's this Monday on Raw.
37:37I know.
37:38I know.
37:39I know.
37:39Are they going to make it?
37:41Your energy literally just went, like, up here to down here.
37:44I have never been happier watching the New Day than I have been in recently.
37:48Oh, that's just awful.
37:49It's been super.
37:49That's rude.
37:49They've made my life hell for a long time.
37:52Let me tell you, and you were part of it.
37:54But we're a team now, right?
37:56We're teammates.
37:57We're teammates.
37:57We're teammates, so we're going to work this out, because that was not nice.
38:01That was not nice by you.
38:03Speaking of not nice, Kathy Kelly earlier today caught up with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez,
38:09who were unsuccessful in the Women's War Games match tonight.
38:12Let's hear what they had to say.
38:18Excuse me, Liv, Raquel.
38:20For weeks, you two were criticizing the other team for not being able to be on the same page,
38:24as well as mocking Rhea Ripley's injuries.
38:26Kathy, I'm going to cut you off right there, because your timing just seems to be impeccable.
38:31All you need to know after tonight is that Rhea Ripley is going to get what's coming to her.
38:37And Liv Morgan is still your greatest women's world champion of all time.
38:43That means get lost.
38:52Well, no surprise, Raquel Rodriguez, not happy with the line of questioning, not the way they wanted tonight to go.
39:00How much do you think Liv Morgan being pinned by Rhea Ripley affects Liv?
39:03We talked about the Rhea side of it, but what about the Liv side of it all?
39:06I mean, there's no shame in being pinned by Rhea Ripley.
39:10However, when Rhea Ripley is your mortal enemy, who you've done a number of heinous things to over the years,
39:15yeah, it can be soul crushing.
39:16I think Raquel feels pretty bad about it, too.
39:19Her primary job at the minute is to protect Liv Morgan,
39:23and that didn't happen tonight, in part because she was handcuffed to the top rope.
39:27Yeah, and, you know, I have a lot of respect for Rhea, too, because in the presser,
39:30she mentioned the fact that Io is indeed the number one contender,
39:32and she's going to allow that to play out and then wait her turn, you know.
39:36And as much as Rhea's wanted to get her hands on Liv,
39:39the fact that she's still thinking about Io and having that opportunity, a salute to her,
39:43because, you know, that's a big part of it as well.
39:44Like, Io has deserved that, and she, I think, is someone who has been pushed, unfortunately,
39:49to the background of a lot of these conversations.
39:51I don't think we spend enough time talking about how incredible Io Sky is as a performer.
39:54So let's let that play out and see how things happen as well.
39:58She deserves it.
39:59And her respect.
39:59She very much deserves it.
40:01But, yes, I don't think we're obviously not done with the Liv and Rhea story,
40:06the Dom in the mix as well.
40:08But, yes, let's see what happens with Io next.
40:10All right, well, it's been a very entertaining and intriguing night here in Vancouver,
40:15British Columbia, Survivor Series, War Games, officially in the books.
40:18The first PLE here in Vancouver, like I've mentioned, since 1998.
40:22It's been over two decades.
40:24The wrestling fans here really wanted it.
40:25They got it.
40:26Let's take you back live to the press conference room and hear from Triple H.
40:33Hey, guys.
40:34How you doing?
40:35Thank you all for being here tonight.
40:37I just want to thank all of you for coming.
40:39I know it's a long distance for many of you, so thank you very much for being here.
40:43I want to thank Destination Vancouver and Mayor Ken Sim for their hospitality here, you know,
40:52coming off of the holidays for a lot of our talent rolling in on this.
40:55It's a lot of hard work, a lot of effort.
40:58But when you come here and get the reaction and the reception that we did, it was phenomenal, especially from
41:04the fans here.
41:06Canada always delivers.
41:08Vancouver, no different.
41:10As was just mentioned, been a long time since we'd been here in Vancouver, something that we wanted to fix
41:17and come here with a big event.
41:18And they certainly delivered tonight.
41:21We set an all-time North American arena gate record here tonight.
41:28So, Quaker, that's our – it was sold out 17,828 in the building tonight.
41:37And that is our 63rd sellout for the year.
41:41So, we've had quite a year, and it's wonderful to be able to cap it off here in Vancouver.
41:48Canada has been so great for us over the years, especially this year.
41:52We had a lot of big events here in Canada.
41:55So, as you know, last year, Elimination Chamber was in Perth at a large stadium there.
42:03Up this stadium, we were looking, Nick and I, to hit another big stadium this year.
42:09And we're sort of pondering where we could go, and Canada was at the top of that list.
42:15So, as you know, we will be going to Toronto's Rogers Centre.
42:21It used to be the Sky Dome.
42:23When you're my age, you remember it being the Sky Dome.
42:26It's like a thing.
42:29But that will be massive for us.
42:31Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 6th.
42:34Pre-sale is Wednesday, December 4th.
42:36So, very excited to go there with Elimination Chamber.
42:41And for everybody, obviously, they know that will be the last premium live event on the road to WrestleMania,
42:47but will also be the last time that you will see John Cena in that market.
42:53So, I think this is going to go quick.
42:56People should get their tickets now.
43:00As you know, this is part of WWE's global expansion, which we've been very focused on in the last year.
43:08And a lot of that has to do with our deal that we have with Netflix.
43:13So, as you see, January 6th, sort of the big next evolution of WWE heading to Netflix.
43:22At that time, 80% of the globe will hit Netflix live with Raw, SmackDown, NXT, and all our PLEs.
43:34U.S. will be slightly different, but that includes all of Canada.
43:37So, when that date hits, you're going to get all WWE programming here.
43:42It's a game-changer for WWE.
43:45We're very excited about that.
43:46But before we get to January 6th, we've got Saturday night's main event, December 14th, Nassau Coliseum.
43:54I'm sure you've seen the spots for it.
43:56It's going to have a lot of nostalgia, a lot of fun from the same location the first Saturday night's
44:01main event was there.
44:03Lots of announcements on that coming up.
44:05But you're also going to get Cody Rhodes versus Kevin Owens in the main event there.
44:11So, it should be a spectacular event.
44:14I thought tonight was a phenomenal night.
44:16For the most part, our talent came away fairly unscathed.
44:21We had a few minor things.
44:23And Bronson Reed is in the other room getting looked at right now.
44:27He's going to be questionable for a few weeks, I think, after that splash off the top of the cage.
44:33So, LA Knight's Shinsuke Nakamura, I thought, had an awesome performance tonight from both men.
44:40Shinsuke coming back after some time off and sort of seems a little bit reinvigorated by that.
44:46A new U.S. champion coming out of that match.
44:51We had the triple threat, Bron Breaker, Sheamus, and Ludwig next level from all three of those guys.
45:00It is shocking to me sometimes when I try to think at how long Bron Breaker has been doing this.
45:06It is incredible his growth.
45:08It's incredible the performance that he is putting on.
45:11Same with Ludwig.
45:13You know, he's sort of one of those talent that slip under the radar sometimes of how good he is.
45:20And Sheamus is just always Sheamus getting, you know, taking a beating with a shillelagh at this point to me.
45:29But he just still keeps on going, man.
45:30He never stops.
45:31And like he says, banger after banger.
45:33So, awesome night for them.
45:35Gunther and Priest, I thought, you know, it was smart.
45:39They reset, old school, told a great story, and Gunther retains.
45:45So, phenomenal performance by both of them.
45:49And then I thought both men's and women's war games delivered.
45:54men's with just incredible storytelling and sort of just next level in that space to me.
46:03It was the storytelling, which is where this all stems from.
46:06So, phenomenal night for everybody.
46:08So, with that, I'm going to open it up to you guys.
46:11Okay, with our first question, we'll head to the third row.
46:13Justin from the Wrestling Classic and from Vancouver.
46:16You talked about the significance of coming back to Vancouver.
46:19We thank you a lot for coming back to Vancouver.
46:21You talked about the Rogers Centre and in Toronto.
46:24So, I'm curious, would you guys be coming back to Vancouver?
46:26And is there any chance you can maybe host an event in BC Place?
46:31Yeah, look, I think it's certainly with the reception we got here tonight,
46:35certainly with 17,000 plus fans here, and, you know, they were loud all night long.
46:43It's funny for us.
46:44Sometimes it's harder for us to hear in the back.
46:46Even with the show audio on, it's a little bit harder.
46:50For us to get a feel for, you know, I wish I could sit in the arena and get a
46:55feel for it.
46:56But everybody kept coming back all night long just saying, man, this crowd is unbelievable.
47:02So, hopefully that translated at home.
47:04But it was definitely a great night here.
47:06So, the prospect of us coming back high.
47:12Hi, Paul.
47:13Hi.
47:13Sonia Singh, EC Inc.
47:16Just looking ahead at Elimination Chamber coming up in Toronto,
47:20what makes that PLE so special that you're doing it again in a stadium for the second year in a
47:25row?
47:28I don't think it's particularly that event.
47:31But I think as you get into the road to WrestleMania, you know, certain times of year to me,
47:39if you want to talk about it from like a sport feel, right?
47:42If WrestleMania is your Super Bowl, you're sort of heading into your championships going into that last run.
47:50So, from Royal Rumble through Elimination Chamber to WrestleMania is kind of like your playoff season.
47:57So, I feel like it's our – I don't want to say our one time of the year,
48:01but it's certainly one of our biggest times of the year where we feel like we can do things at
48:06the biggest level.
48:08And we'll see.
48:09But that's the concept behind it is really just delivering at the biggest times.
48:17Fred Sloan, CBS Sports Radio.
48:20With PLEs in 2024 coming to an end, what can the WWE Universe look forward to in 2025 with the
48:27move to Netflix?
48:28What are the exciting points?
48:30You know, I think it's more of the same in the sense of what resonates in our business is great
48:39storytelling, right?
48:41It's having phenomenal athletes, the men, the women that do what we do.
48:44It's having great characters for those athletes and then delivering stories the best that we can, right?
48:51That keep people captivated, that go from week to week.
48:53You know, if you really break down what WWE does, I don't think there's an entertainment source on the planet
49:01that is like it.
49:01You know, when you look at the amount of content we put out between Raw, NXT, and SmackDown,
49:09the amount of content we put out, plus monthly PLEs, plus Saturday Night's main events as we go through this,
49:16right?
49:17The amount of live content, the amount of live storytelling that we do, there's nothing else like it.
49:23So it all stems from that.
49:25What should people expect?
49:26Hopefully, if we do our jobs well, they'll get that same level of storytelling and athletics that make WWE, you
49:34know, as big as it is.
49:36You know, there's a lot of speculation about what we're going to go to and how it's going to be
49:41at Netflix.
49:42And the truth is, we'll just have to wait and see.
49:45Even now, it's a little bit of a – some of that stuff is up in the air, you know.
49:51You see live programming going to Netflix.
49:53You saw the Tyson-Jake Paul fight, and it did incredible numbers, you know, things that they'll work through there.
50:02The platform is so big for us.
50:05I believe that, you know, as long as we continue to deliver the way we've delivered in 24, that it's
50:11a game-changer for us.
50:13Our final question.
50:16Hi, Joel Torres from Contralona.
50:18I want to ask you about the WWE ID program.
50:21What opportunities and resources will the program offer independent wrestlers to prepare them for a potential WWE career?
50:29So, thank you.
50:32WWE ID is – you know, so there's a lot made about our NIL programs, our college athlete recruiting, and
50:41where we do that, right?
50:42But there's also a group of men and women that are out there that, for whatever reason, found their way
50:51to professional wrestling,
50:55whether that was after college, before college, whatever that is, right?
50:58They went a different route than college athletes did.
51:03We don't want to negate any of them.
51:05So, we're keeping our eye on all of them.
51:07But the independent scene is very difficult.
51:10That's a long, hard road.
51:13And we're trying to make that easier.
51:15So, we're trying to pay attention to the people that are at the top of those lists,
51:19of the people that have the most potential within that grouping.
51:23We're going to support them in their careers.
51:26Financially, we're going to support them in their careers from an education standpoint.
51:31So, as they're going through their journey, as long as they're continuing to progress, we stay with them.
51:38They send us their matches.
51:39We're helping to guide them what they're doing right, what they're doing wrong, how they can progress,
51:44how we can make them pros.
51:45They can make their way to the Performance Center.
51:47There will be some other announcements about content and some things that we will do with them.
51:51But it's all geared towards helping those kids as these college athletes get their opportunities
51:58to try to make it in this business, that they get their opportunities to make it in this business.
52:04If somebody is working really hard and they're busting their ass every week
52:09and they're progressing and they're continuing to grow,
52:12they stay in our system until it's time for them to outgrow that system.
52:17And if they're not, we'll make moves and we'll change some people around
52:20and we'll get to the people that we feel like that long-term investment can pay off,
52:25not just for us but for the industry itself, right?
52:27The strength of our business is built on the strength of the athletes across all things.
52:34So while we're extremely excited about NIL and our college recruiting
52:38and everything that we're doing there, and I think when you look at NXT,
52:42you can see a system that is churning out.
52:45I mentioned Braun Breaker earlier, right?
52:48It's churning out athletes, incredible athletes, at a very rapid pace.
52:54This is another way for us to amplify that.
52:56So it's to strengthen that independency.
53:00Triple H, thank you for joining us tonight.
53:02Thank you very much.
53:03We'll see you at Saturday night's main event.
53:05Thank you.
53:07All right, there you have it.
53:08Chief Content Officer Paul Triple H Levesque addressing the media here in Vancouver at Rogers Arena.
53:14You know what that means.
53:15That means we're near the end of this post-show, and we have yet to hear, Big E, your five
53:21count.
53:22Well, welcome to Big E's Five Count Black Detail, my top five performers of the night.
53:27Number one, we got to start with Eosky, a.k.a. Trashcan Shawty, who descended from the heavens to once
53:36again create a memorable war games moment and secure the victory for her team.
53:40Hashtag, trashcan Shawty, make it trend.
53:42That's right.
53:43Number two, Shinsuke Nakamura.
53:46Some of you thought this quadragenarian, that's for someone who's in their 40s, that's you, you're a quadragenarian.
53:51I remember that.
53:51Yeah, yeah, yeah.
53:52Was just here.
53:53You remember that soon, pal.
53:54They thought he was just here to roll over and eat the pen, but no, salute to your new United
53:59States champion.
54:00Number three, brawn breaker.
54:02Beast, specimen, dog, agent of chaos, whatever term you want to use, that man is an S-T-A-R.
54:08What's that spell?
54:09No idea.
54:10It's real star.
54:11Okay.
54:12Number four, we got James.
54:13I can't believe you didn't bark.
54:14I should have.
54:15I should have.
54:16Damien Priest at number four, famed wordsmith Rick Ross once said, I'm not a star.
54:21Somebody lied.
54:22And they lied.
54:23They lied when they said Damien Priest wasn't a star.
54:26What a performance.
54:27Once again, even though it was a losing effort from Damien Priest, what you laughing at?
54:31And last but not least, number five, Jacob Vot, too.
54:35I love you, Jacob.
54:37I love the way you move.
54:38I love your recklessness.
54:40Even though he lost, that man is a star.
54:43Just like brawn breaker.
54:45But what a joy to watch Jacob Vot, to do his thing.
54:48And that, ladies and gentlemen, is Biggie's Five Counts.
54:52Five, five, five.
54:54That's what I'm talking about.
54:55You're mocking me.
54:55You're mocking me.
54:56No, no.
54:56That was a compliment.
54:57That wasn't homage.
54:58I'm scared of you now.
54:59Don't look at me like that.
55:00I'm scared of you.
55:01You're relaxed.
55:02Just a slight amount of tension there.
55:04A little bit.
55:05That was a great five count.
55:06Thank you, Cameron.
55:06Highly energetic.
55:07Thank you.
55:07Loved every second of it.
55:08I do think maybe, maybe CM Punk could have been in there somewhere.
55:11He could have looked through a lot of people.
55:12Securing a huge victory.
55:13A lot of incredible people.
55:15You two falling out or something?
55:16You used to be made.
55:16We're not falling out.
55:17A lot of people fall out with CM Punk over the years.
55:19Don't you?
55:20This is what you do.
55:20This is you.
55:21The latest in a long line.
55:22Just stirring it.
55:23That's what you're doing.
55:24Wade is really trying to make a mess here tonight.
55:25New Day falling out with everyone at the moment.
55:27Wade's trying to make a mess here tonight.
55:29Let's get quick final thoughts before he gets us in more trouble than we can handle.
55:32What's your final thoughts?
55:33Can I just shock you?
55:35I was really impressed with CM Punk tonight.
55:37I thought the whole main event came together for the OG bloodline the moment he put himself
55:42on the line to save Roman Reigns from that giant tsunami.
55:45They perhaps would be obliterated now if not for that.
55:48And the reason the OG bloodline lives on is because of CM Punk.
55:53Absolutely.
55:54I also thought the women's war game match had so many great moments as well.
55:58I think fondly of Naomi putting the trash.
56:00Sorry, the toilet seat on Nia Jax.
56:04Tiffany Stratton with the tease once again.
56:07A star.
56:07Do you see the reception she got here?
56:09Oh, yeah.
56:09People are very much behind her.
56:10But I thought it was a really great night for a lot of people.
56:13Tiffany was definitely at the top of the list.
56:14And we've done a whole show without mentioning Nia Jax hair.
56:18And I thought it looked awesome from a style standpoint.
56:21Maybe that's a future segment.
56:22I don't know.
56:23Style points.
56:23She's the absolute queen, isn't she?
56:25Yeah.
56:25Favorite of all.
56:26Number one for me.
56:27Nia Jax?
56:27In the women's division.
56:28Oh, she is a force.
56:30She is certainly the resistible force.
56:32All right.
56:32Well, that does it.
56:33Survivor Series War Games officially in the books.
56:35We hope you enjoyed it.
56:36Thanks so much for watching the post show, the actual show, and, of course, the countdown
56:40show as well.
56:40For Big E, Wade Barrett, I'm Jackie Redman.
56:43Thank you so much for watching next stop Saturday night's main event.
56:47See ya.
56:51This has been a special presentation of WWE.
56:55For over 70 years, the global leader in sports and entertainment.
57:03All people at home.
57:36All people at home.
