00:00I do pay attention to politics, but I want to pay less attention to politics because I find it quite
00:06depressing.
00:07I work with NHS and just the amount of houses that are getting built, there's no infrastructure.
00:12They're absolutely drowning in the amount of patients that we see.
00:16And there's no doctors, no schools, no dentists.
00:19So if they're going to give planning permission for houses, surely they need a look at the infrastructure as well
00:25because it's not there.
00:26I think not overdevelopment, trying to keep the countryside where we live as it is and not try to put
00:32in small villages, large housing developments.
00:35I would focus on getting young people into work.
00:39I think to get a job as soon as possible, whether it be hospitality, whether it be working in a
00:46bar, glass collecting is the best thing you can do to get that work ethic.
00:52And I think with the changes in NI, it's become increasingly hard for businesses to employ young people.
00:59People like I Estate can't even get their kids into the local school.
01:02They have to take their kids four or five miles away.
01:04And you just think, well, what's the whole point of people moving into an area if they can't even get
01:08their kids into the local school?
01:10Potholes are the bane of most motorists' lives, aren't they?
01:13And they should be a priority.
01:14But it's up to the councils to decide, I understand, how they're going to spend the money that's been given
01:18to them.
01:18So we're going back to the local councils again, aren't we, I suppose, to national policy.
01:22And I'd also have common sense.
01:24I feel like common sense has just gone on the window above the political arena.
01:29Thank you, Tina.
