00:00Armenia on Monday hosted the eighth meeting of the European political community,
00:06an informal all-inclusive format that began soon after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
00:13German Chancellor Friedrich Merz currently at the center of a geopolitical controversy

00:26Meanwhile, his Canadian counterpart Mark Carney's attendance was the first time a non-European leader took part in an EPC

00:36Carney defended a rules-based global order anchored in freedom, rule of law, democracy and pluralism.
