00:00this ticks a box for me because it keeps my right arm close but i am trying to stretch everything
00:07else out as far away as deep as i can trying to keep my left arm straight and stretched make
00:14sure
00:14my shoulder turns enough make sure my hip turns enough so i can get it and get my my forearm
00:20traveling backwards enough so my swing's long enough because if it's too short it becomes
00:24snatchy and lose a rhythm and would that be the benefit of using your slider versus a towel because
00:31presumably when people tuck a towel under there you can't get that your towel your towel drill is
00:35going to look like give me like that yeah and i don't know any shots i've ever hit like that
00:41on
00:41the course i do yeah but but that you can only really do that sort of shot with a with
00:48a towel
00:48drill and we'll do that later but um so just adding that adding that movement of the right arm just
00:53this
00:54this gives me a full backswing to play with so i can now work on moving my body and for
00:59me my upper
00:59body and my right shoulder all the way through without my arms flying away from cool let's keep
01:04double away then so i'll do some like this where i'd build the takeaway up stretch that to the top
01:13and
01:13then try and get a shot at the end of it because it's that patience as you build to the
01:21top of your
01:22swing if you haven't played a lot the calmness to sort of take your time up to there and then
01:31swing down
