00:55And Biden gave them $350 billion, which was insane.

01:24And to a certain extent, I asked them, I didn't need the help, but I said, yeah, we'd love to

01:31And they, in all cases, they said, we don't want to get involved.
01:36And, you know, the amazing thing is they use the Strait of Harmony's.
