00:39expanding access to high-quality retirement savings accounts
00:43for millions of Americans.
00:45In my State of the Union, earlier this year,
00:48I promised to make these same types of retirement accounts
00:51enjoyed by the federal employees available to all Americans.
00:55So that's what we're doing.
00:56It only seemed fair.
00:58It's a tremendous, really a tremendous situation for all Americans.
