00:05being a university university, currently I am the decano of a faculty of Derecho, and
00:10for those 10 years I have found out with the impossibility of understanding that all
00:14the norms that we lead to all the citizens come from the Congreso of the Republic, that
00:19we teach the right that from there is built, and that we need people idoneous and that
00:25solve the problem of the citizens of the Republic, because the regions, many territories
00:31have no correct representation that raise the voice for the construction of more
00:36rights, for making a political control adequate and for really solving the problem that
00:41we live with all the Colombians.
