05:20Kasi sinabi po ni Congressman Pulong Duterte na may mga tumatawag o mga chief of staff
05:25ng ilang mambabatas para pumabor daw sa impeachment
05:28at kung hindi ay mawawalan daw ng budget ang kanilang distrito.

05:33And as far as I am concerned, I beg to disagree to that.
05:36Wala po akong nai-encounter, na tumatawag na sino man maging sa akin or sa aking chief of staff
05:45concerning the support to this impeachment process.
05:49And I wish to add that in my capacity as chairperson,
05:53we did not stand for either party.
05:58We stood for the process, no?

06:02During the clarificatory hearing of the Justice Committee,
06:06impartial tayo, independent tayo,
06:09because we acted as investigators
06:11in a proceeding akin to a preliminary investigation.
06:16The mandate is very simple.

06:21After the voting yesterday,
06:24nanalo na ang probable cause.
06:26As a matter of fact, it was a unanimous vote.
06:28Now I can officially say that the Justice Committee has a stand.

06:39our mandate should be able to defend
06:42the determination of probable cause by the Justice Committee.
06:45And if this will be affirmed by the plenary,
06:48our mandate will continue,
06:50and that is to prosecute the Vice President
06:54until his conviction in the trial by the Senate.
