00:36This is me after cycling 130km in 42 degree heat through India.
00:44Day 12 of the fastest climb of Mount Everest from sea level in history.
00:47And we have another monster day.
00:50This time back on the bike, climbing up another mountain.
00:53It's gonna be massive. Let's go.
00:55So I'm attempting this world record from sea level to the summit of Mount Everest under my own power for
01:01youth mental health.
01:02So I started at sea level in the Bay of Bengal in India.
01:06And we've just ridden 1,150km.
01:10We're now about 150km away from Mount Everest.
01:14And we're raising the money to open a youth mental health gym alongside the charity partner U-Turn.
01:20And that gym is like something I would have loved in that moment.
01:23And now being able to actually potentially provide that to people that were, that are in similar positions that I
01:32was.
01:32It just makes everything worthwhile.
01:34And so what's really motivating me is hopefully having an inspiration on some of these younger people that might be
01:42a little bit stuck with where they are right now in their lives.
01:44To show them that you don't have to have it all figured out.
01:48I definitely didn't.
01:49I thought the world was ending when my mom passed.
01:51You just got to put one foot in front of the other and keep going.
01:54And also I'm doing it for my mom because she can't and I want to make her proud.
