00:00The Colombian people are killed, killed by the same ones with the same ones.
00:08If you look at how the Unidad Nacional and the Centro Democrático and the Congress
00:12the worst laws, different from the problem of the peace process,
00:16they vote like brothers and sisters.
00:17If you look at the respaldo of the procurator, they give them the respaldo together.
00:22If you look at the respaldo of the fiscal, they give them the respaldo together.
00:25If you look at the economic model that they define,
00:27it is the same.
00:29If you look at the political origins of where they come,
00:31they all come from the same side.
00:34It is more, in Colombia, in the Senate,
00:35there is a joke that says that it is a scientist,
00:38and then they say that it is an ex-uribist.
00:41O sea, that don Luis Carlos Armiento pague
00:42all the taxes that he should pay,
00:44and we give education,
00:45that the president of Santos
00:48is not the defense of the public education.
00:50Let us first, Germán,
00:52from our point of view,
00:53the right is the sum of the Unidad Nacional
00:55and the Centro Democrático.
00:57That Juan Manuel Santos
00:59is not the right.
00:59It is a kind of a joke for idiots.
01:03It is the first thing that we have to clarify.
01:05And there is all the Unidad Nacional.
01:08And, well,
01:09the political struggle is the political struggle.
01:11We are going to take the determination
01:12and we are going to comply with the Habana
01:15and we are going to ask that any government
01:17who will win the presidency of the Republic
01:18to comply with the Habana
01:20and that it is the use of,
01:22the manipulation of the problem
01:25of the political struggle
01:25to put in contrabando
01:28all the economic economic neoliberal
01:29that is in which we have
01:30in no so many elections.
01:32But a party like El Polo
01:33aspires to the power
01:35and it should then
01:36present candidates
01:38to the presidency of the Republic,
01:39because our program,
01:40the program of the Polo,
01:42is different from the programs
01:43of the other options.
01:45And then, in the current circumstances
01:47many things say
01:49that the name of mine
01:50could be the name
01:52that choose the Polo
01:53to play that role.
01:57I have a long way
01:59in the political struggle
02:00and some results
02:02electorals, etc.
02:03that make that
02:03that is an aspiration
02:04that is not
02:05out of the logic
02:09of common
02:10in this type of decisions.
02:12The Polo
02:13is part of the Unidad Nacional
02:15or not part of the Unidad Nacional.
02:16In that
02:16it is evident
02:17that Clara López
02:18took the decision
02:20to be excluded from the Polo.
02:22She changed
02:23the program
02:23of the Polo
02:24to the Unidad Nacional
02:25which has been textual
02:26in saying
02:27that she has taken
02:28their differences
02:28with Juan Manuel Santos.
02:30And while the
02:31chiefs of the Polo
02:32are the ones that say
02:32in our statutes,
02:33her chief of the Polo
02:35is the president
02:35Juan Manuel Santos.
02:37And it is,
02:37let us say
02:39to the policies
02:40of the 2018
02:41of that
02:42that is, I would say
02:43the main difference
02:44that we have.
02:46I am optimistic
02:47that the people
02:48who voted
02:48for the program
02:50that supported
02:52the candidature
02:53in 2014
02:53understand
02:54that here
02:55is voted
02:55for programs
02:56and that the program
02:57that voted
02:58in 2014
02:59we respect
03:02if the program
03:03is
03:03we are
03:05defending the
03:06fundamental criteria
03:07of this organization.
03:08The Polo
03:09of Carlos Gavilla
03:10will not disappear.
03:11And they are going
03:12to tramite
03:13the things
03:13but I am optimistic
03:14that the people
03:15will understand
03:16that the political
03:17has to have
03:18a minimum
03:19of
03:20and
03:20peace
03:20peace
03:21war
03:23and
03:25then
03:30the
03:31elections
03:45will
03:49do
03:51the
03:51state
03:51and how can it be possible to coincide in any way.
03:54But between the program of the Polo,
03:56which is a program that will be presented to the country,
03:58the program of the candidate to the presidency,
04:00it goes, without any doubt, no doubt,
04:02it goes with respect to the agreements of La Habana
04:05and to the legal decisions that they are taking.
04:08So that we have no doubt that the country has to overcome that.
04:12The country cannot continue to end with the story of a eternal debate
04:16about the FARC,
04:17while at the same time,
04:19those of the eternal battle, the same with the same,
04:22in turn to the issue of the peace,
04:24resulta that they are, like brothers and sisters,
04:26in terms of the economic neoliberal model,
04:28the free commerce, the privatization,
04:30the consensus of Washington,
04:32the commitment to the FMI.
04:34This case of Odebrecht is another regret of this country.
04:37Really, the country has been offended and irritated.
04:39It's like this one became a ladronera.
04:42Why Colombia is one of the most corrupt countries in the world?
04:45And my main affirmation, and I am showing you,
04:48is that in Colombia, there are 50 years,
04:51the forces of the traditional politics of Colombia,
04:54asumiendo some practices.
04:55The first of them is the clientelism,
04:57what we call the reparting of the mermelada,
05:00to make politics.
05:02The great theory,
05:03it explains by Alejandro Gaviria in some part,
05:05and it has mentioned Holmes and Perry,
05:08is that to defeat the forces of the opposition,
05:11everything vale,
05:12including the clientelism,
05:14including robarse las elecciones.
05:16That is perfectly documented.
05:18So, here we have 50 years,
05:20with a policy that is corrupt,
05:22that is that of winning the election
05:24via fraud and extorsion of the citizens,
05:27fermenting and corrupting.
05:29So, that is like a sort of
05:33of the middle of the century,
05:36there is going to be a corruption.
05:38And, well, there is the creature that they have created.
05:40We are one of the most corrupt countries in the world.
05:42And it will not change that
05:44while they continue to govern
05:46a Colombia,
05:46because that is what represents
05:48all those forces originate
05:50in the traditional political parties.
05:51Here, the corruption has origins,
05:56and the origins are absolutely demonstrated,
06:01they are in the practices corrupt and clientelistic
06:04of the traditional parties.
06:05This is a country where the President of the Republic
06:07defends the mermelada,
06:10and that is not a debate.
06:12No, the mermelada is an act of corruption,
06:15it is a practice to robarse the money
06:17to the Colombian people,
06:18to violate the law.
06:20I say, in the book of that book that I wrote,
06:22I say, German,
06:23that this has been corrupted so much
06:24that it goes from the old aforism,
06:27of hecha the law, hecha the trampa,
06:29to introduce the trampa in the law.
06:31Nobody has a grave charge
06:33to do the Senador Robledo in nothing.
06:35If the Senador Robledo
06:36no lo cogen traicionando,
06:38aplicándole violencia a nadie,
06:40robando, engañando, mintiendo.
06:43I have my character,
06:44I have my convictions and I defends.
06:46I think that the politics
06:47should be treated of that.
06:48But, ojo,
06:50nobody in Colombia,
06:51desde hace mucho rato,
06:52viene proponiendo unidades más amplias
06:55que las que yo y el pueblo hemos venido proponiendo.
06:57Usted me acaba de oír,
06:58estoy hablando de una Convergencia Nacional,
07:00donde caben practicantes
07:01todos los colombianos de bien
07:02que quieran estar en este proyecto.
07:04Y si usted mira mi tradición,
07:07pregunte por mí en el Senado
07:08si yo he maltratado a algún congresista.
07:10No, yo debato con venencia y digo mis cosas,
07:13pero que yo asuma actitudes canallas
07:15frente a mis contradictores,
08:23¡Gracias!
