00:06in order to convince the government of the President Santos to vote in favor of the creation of a Palestinian

00:12According to the press in Jerusalem, Abbas will visit Colombia and Portugal
00:15and his Minister of Relations Exteriores, Riad al-Maliki, will go to Bosnia,
00:20as these are the three non-permanent nations members of the United Nations
00:25that still haven't defined their vote.
00:27The Palestinian Authority says that it already has 8 of 15 possible votes
00:31although the resolution could be voted by the United States,
00:34one of the permanent members of the Consejo,
00:37when Bosnia somete a vote in the next weeks.
