00:08How does it work?
00:09A company produces a certain article, a bill or service, free of IVA.
00:14To do it, they have to buy material prima and they have to pay that impuesto.
00:18After that, they have to sell or export it, they ask the state to return the money that they pay
00:23for that IVA in some of those articles, all with the aval of the DIAN.
00:28The irregularities discovered is that many of those transactions and transactions are fictitious and by that means they sent out
00:35to the state a billion dollars.
00:37They have to say 12 employees of the DIAN, at least 100 companies, of which there are 10 clearly identified.
00:44The investigations in several fronts are been taking over six or eight months, so that not only in the DIAN,
