Re Carlo ricorda post 11 settembre: stessa determinazione per Ucraina

Washington, 29 apr. (askanews) - Re Carlo III d'Inghilterra ha dichiarato al Congresso degli Stati Uniti, fra gli applausi, che è necessaria una solida unità occidentale per garantire la pace in Ucraina, mentre la guerra continua a mettere alla prova la determinazione della NATO. "Quella stessa determinazione incrollabile è necessaria per la difesa dell'Ucraina, per garantire una pace veramente giusta e duratura", ha affermato, aggiungendo che la forza dell'alleanza risiede nel "cuore della NATO" e avvertendo che le nuove minacce richiedono uno sforzo maggiore in materia di difesa.
