00:51but this transformation doesn't have to be only an agricultural transformation.

00:58And the field gives us the opportunity to work with men, with women,
01:02and there we can also put a theme of gender.
01:06So, precisely the challenge that I believe is that
01:08is how we implement an integral agrarian transformation
01:13in which we include also the responsible masculine
01:17and the respect for women.
01:20Being part of these processes like this
01:22allows us to form ourselves,
01:24allows us to have a clarity and a foundation
01:28when we communicate something.
