06:04que pagan impuestos y peajes están aportando pico y placa todo el día, para tener mayor movilidad
06:10y menor accidentalidad. Los comercios se están teniendo que afiliar a un frente de seguridad
06:16y siendo corresponsables por las riñas que se originen en sus clientes. Los ciudadanos
06:22que usan los parques y los espacios públicos y las plazoletas están devolviéndose a un
06:27establecimiento o a su casa a las diez de la noche. A los motociclistas les estamos pidiendo
06:34lo menos de lo menos. Una identificación, una identificación visible para que podamos
06:43justamente identificar a ese que lo hace mal, a ese que se mete a distribuir cosas ilegales
06:49en moto, a ese que roba desde la moto, a ese que hace sicariato desde la moto. Bogotá tiene
06:55hoy 6700 cámaras, pero esas 6700 cámaras si no hay identificación visible y reflectiva
07:02desde casco y chaleco no se puede identificar al que comete un delito y por lo tanto hay
07:12más impunidad. Son diez medidas, no es una, son diez. No van dirigidas contra nadie distinto
07:21a los delincuentes y a los terroristas. Van dirigidas a protegernos a todos. En el momento
07:28en el que Bogotá atraviesa por el mayor nivel de riesgo, riesgo criminal y riesgo terrorista.
07:37No nos lo estamos inventando, ya hemos padecido dos atentados terroristas en menos de un mes.
07:43Ayer en las mesas surgieron tres propuestas de las organizaciones de moteros. La principal,

09:39labores. El conductor elegido, por ejemplo, que es un servicio que prestan algunas aseguradoras o que se
09:44presta aparte de aseguradoras, justamente para prevenir que alguien que se pasó de licor maneje.
09:50Perfecto. No sirve esa excepción porque contribuye a la seguridad. Las emergencias de cualquier tipo
09:58o los trabajadores de los servicios de vigilancia pública, de vigilancia privada, de seguridad y vigilancia
10:05pública o privada, que no tengan restricción de parrillero. Son cinco excepciones que nos pidieron.

10:35nocturno se están vinculando a un frente de seguridad, que ellos, los clubes y organizaciones
10:40de moteros, se organicen como una red de cuidado, como un frente de seguridad. Para aportar, lo
10:47apreciamos muchísimo, lo valoramos muchísimo y vamos a acoger esa propuesta y nuestra policía
10:53y nuestra Secretaría de Seguridad se va a dedicar a trabajar con ellos en eso.
