00:00So
03:31in other scenarios, basically all have to do with their right to survive in cultural diversity in the
03:39territory of Bogotá. So first, it is to guarantee the real and effective participation of them in
03:49scenarios of dialogue. That implies for them the possibility of planting their needs, their own
03:55diagnostics, their own perspectives in the formulation of public policies.
04:00We can't return if there are guarantees for a return, when our brothers are not only
04:07being murdered in the Cauca, in the Chocó, in Nariño and in other parts of the country,
04:14but in addition there is no clear concept of security, a clear policy to see how the
04:19assistance and what has caused the conflict of armed people and communities. Today we are
04:24with us, but in Bogotá and in the great cities, all the people that have come, it has been
04:30a root of the armed conflict, the majority.
04:32The situation continues to increase, day-to-day the rates of displacement in indigenous populations,
04:38day-to-day the rates of assassination of leaders and indigenous leaders and non-indigenous leaders.
04:48This does not stop to grow, this is growing every day and every time it is bigger.
04:54The record takes place of time when it comes to the public.
05:09It is important to think about the army, in 2010, and in 2016.
05:15Even the one of the most important of the public is that this village is to address the
05:15community of the people of Nariño and in 2016 it is a great place.
05:16The local indigenous community that is already living in the campground, the National Park that
05:19is the desire to share the dialogue and articulation.
05:23That if the institution is concerned about us, we are more concerned because they are ours.
05:28Here we are, as indigenous people, present and we are here ready to dialogue.
05:37But today, the absent is the district.
05:41We are committed to achieve a solution.
05:46And here, what we want is the guarantee and protection of rights, with an ethnic framework,
05:55taking into account that these are populations that have indicated what they are requiring at this moment.
06:05We are human people, honest people, respectful people, and we want that.
06:12We want peace, we do not want violence, we do not want war, we do not want peace.
06:18Without peace we cannot live.
06:21It is not that we want to be here, I want to give a clear message to the majority population.
06:25It is not that we like to be here.
06:27We would be happy in our territories, we would be happy in the territory.
06:31But we cannot be in the territory because they kill us, they kill us, they kill us.
06:36They kill us, they kill us, they kill us, they kill us, they kill us, they kill us.
06:42And that's why we are tired today and that's why we decided to leave.
06:45And until we stop it, until we stop it, we will not move from this space.
06:58What else can we have?
07:00I can do the other things as we are.
07:00I can keep me free in this space.
