At least five killed in Israeli strikes on Gaza including a nine-year-old boy

Eighty-one sick and injured children accompanied by their families were evacuated from Gaza to receive medical treatment in Jordan. They travelled via the King Hussein Bridge to various government and private hospitals in the capital Amman.

00:00Israeli strikes on Gaza have killed at least five people on Tuesday.
00:05The victims included a nine-year-old boy who was collecting firewood in the eastern part of Kanyunis city
00:12when he was killed by Israeli fire, according to Nasser Hospital authorities.
00:17The area was about 400 metres west of the so-called Yellow Line,
00:22which separates the Israeli-controlled areas from the rest of Gaza.
00:27There has been no immediate comment from the Israeli military.
00:32Meanwhile, four men were killed in a direct Israeli hit on a car in Gaza City, according to Shifa Hospital.
00:39The Israeli army said it struck a terrorist on Gaza City, but provided no further information.
00:48On Monday, a group of 81 sick and injured children and their families were evacuated from Gaza
00:54to receive medical treatment in Jordan via the King Hussein Bridge
