00:13I've got a buddy who ran Reagan's security detail after Reagan was shot.
00:20Experienced Secret Service officer.
00:22He actually set up the training protocols that Secret Service is supposed to adhere to,
00:27which they are no longer following.
00:30Now, let me emphasize that.
00:32So the first thing that caught my eye, the first person that's taken off the stage,
00:38so you've got gunfire outside of the ballroom.
00:41It's not inside the ballroom.
00:43The first person to be taken off stage was J.D. Vance.
00:47And I look at it and go, what in God's name is going on?
00:51The protocol, the standard, the requirement is the president.
00:57Everybody else can die.
00:58The president, that's who you save.
01:00That's what Secret Service is supposed to be trained to do.
01:03They didn't do that.
01:05They take off J.D. Vance.
01:06So you're going, okay, what's going on?
01:10Trump initially, you know, everybody else is ducking behind tables.
01:14He's sitting there calmly looking around like, did he know this was going to happen?
01:18Was this staged?
01:20I believe it was staged.
01:21And we'll get into that.
01:23The second thing is the failure of the security perimeter, that it was not properly set up.
01:31So the way this should be done is you have a perimeter outside the hotel, okay?
01:39So you set the first layer that nobody gets past that first layer unless they have a right to be
01:45in that hotel.
01:46They can show that they're a guest or that they've got an invitation.
01:49Otherwise, nobody gets past that first layer.
