00:00Good afternoon, please sit up, please sit up.
00:03Look at the chocolate biscuits around as well, hey?
00:06It's never happened.
00:08I find talking and eating really good.
00:11Lots of more to tell than you used to be.
00:14Well, thank you.
00:15Could you guys go round and tell me a little bit about who you are and what you do on
00:18base?
00:20Thanks, I'm Louise Lehmann. I'm the Chief Air Engineer.
00:23I just wanted to get a chance to chat with you guys
00:24a little bit about life in service uniform for women at the moment
00:28and getting a little barometer readings wherever I go
00:32just to kind of see what your experiences are and how it's going.
00:35Because some things have come to my attention that I'm not particularly happy about.
00:38The sort of courses you like and the processes of kind of all the inclusion points.
00:47Are we teaching and educating and doing that in the right way?
00:51Because sometimes it can be a bit of a boxing exercise.
00:54How do we make that more interesting and more engaging so that it's kind of a bit more all encompassing
00:59and not just the boxing?
