00:44time with him he will give us more work and we can never catch up to his speed.

00:55belief in Andhra Pradesh, your belief in me on getting things done, whoever thought from
01:01our first meeting in September 2024, we are here today breaking ground to one of India's
01:07largest FDI investment ever.
01:10To Rakesh Mittal ji, thank you very much for being here, being part of Andhra Pradesh's
01:15growth journey and we have two distinguished brothers on the dais, one is conquering by land
01:24and by water and the other one is conquering by air, so land and water is none other than
01:30Karan ji and air is by Jeet Adani.

01:38Karan ji, this idea actually started with Gautambai way back in 2019.
01:44We actually laid foundation for building a data centre here in the great state of Andhra Pradesh
01:49and in Vishakabhatnam.
01:51Last five years was merely a pause and it is really exciting to see that today we are breaking
01:57ground and creating history together.

04:29What does Andhra Pradesh have that other states don't have?
04:33I gave them three clear reasons why they should choose the great state of Andhra Pradesh.
04:41The first is our visionary leadership of Mr. Sri Nara Chandrababh Naidugaru.
04:47A proven track record.
04:49He has done this to Hyderabad.
04:51He has built Saibrabad.
04:53And today, you have seen what that Saibrabad has done to the great state of Telangana.
04:58So, we have a track record.
05:00So, please come and invest was the first reason.
05:03The second is speed of doing business.
05:05Today, projects that were stuck in other states have come to Andhra Pradesh.
05:10We are able to move projects at the speed that I believe is redefining on how to do things.
05:17Asalar Mittal project is a great example of that.
05:20Today, the Google project is another great example of what we can achieve at the speed that India has not
05:26seen.
05:27Third reason I have given them is the double engine bullet train Sarkar.
05:31I am sure all of you must have heard of double engine Sarkars.
05:36But only Andhra Pradesh has double engine bullet train Sarkar.
05:40Namo is a very popular word.
05:42I have rechristened it in Andhra Pradesh.
05:46Namo means Naiduji and Modiji together.
05:48And that is what you are seeing here in the great state of Andhra Pradesh.
05:53So, these are three clear reasons why industries should choose Andhra Pradesh over other states.
06:02Today, if you look at it, 100 rupees that is getting invested in India, 25 rupees is coming to Andhra
06:09Pradesh.
06:09And we are able to create records.
06:13Andhra Pradesh is able to create history in each and every project.
06:20Once we meet a company, it no longer is your project, it becomes our project.
06:25An example of that is the Google initiative here.
06:28Our first meeting with Vikas was in September 2024.
06:32In Novotel.
06:33It was an under wraps meeting.
06:36I think there is one picture that we took.
06:38We said it is going to be part of our record book.
06:40So, that is why I had asked for that picture.
06:43And we said, 12 months later, we will make that announcement.
06:47Yes, we took a month more.
06:49And my Honorable Chief Minister still holds it against me.
06:53He said, you are supposed to do this project in 12 months.
06:55You are taking a month more.
06:57But 13 months later, in Delhi, you know, in the presence of Ashwini Vaishnavji and Nirmala Sitaraman, Madam, the Honorable
07:08Chief Minister and the, you know, the head of Google Cloud, Korean Ji announced that we will be making this
07:15investment.
07:15And from there, today, we stand in front of all of you to break ground.
07:21This is the new India.
07:22We can deliver at the speed that the world has not seen.
07:26And I would like to particularly thank our Honorable Prime Minister, Narendra Modi Ji.
07:31If not for his vision, if not for his guidance, this project won't have happened.
07:36And I would like to personally thank my Anna Ashwini Vaishnavji, because your support means a lot.
07:42You are our brand ambassador in Government of India.
07:46You have moved things.
07:48Sir, it is because of you we stand here today.
07:50We are able to break ground.
07:52It means a lot.
07:53The other person I would like to personally thank is Nirmala Sitaraman Ji.
07:57Madam was not able to make it.
07:59But it was her support getting the permanent establishment rules being reformed.
08:05And that is what under her leadership we were able to do.
08:09And that is why we are able to launch this project here in such a short time.
08:15See, all of us have heard of Saibarabad.
08:18A few have only witnessed the beginning of it.
08:22Today, we are similarly witnessing that growth trajectory.
08:27What we are witnessing here is not merely a groundbreaking ceremony.
08:31It is something about creating history.
08:33And together, we are going to achieve it.
08:35This project alone is close to a wide ecosystem here.
08:41That is what we intend to do.
08:43This evening, we are having a round table session with Google to create that entire ecosystem here.
08:50The manufacturing ecosystem here.
08:51The IT jobs getting created here.
08:54The cyber security jobs.
08:56The cloud computing jobs.
08:57The mechanical system jobs.
08:59The entire ecosystem getting created here in Vishakhapatnam.
09:03So, it is not merely about a data center alone.
09:06It is about creating that entire ecosystem.
09:08Capturing that entire ecosystem here in the great city of Vishakhapatnam.
09:13And honestly, we owe this to Vishakhapatnam.
09:16We owe a lot.
09:17Vishakhapatnam stood by us during a tough times.
09:20The MLA is here, one with resounding majority.
09:24And we owe them a lot.
09:25So, we stand by Vishakhapatnam.
09:27And we look forward to our growth trajectory together.
