00:02When you get in that flow state, it's the rhythm of how you dribbling,
00:08the moves you can get to,and the shot-making, obviously.
00:11But it's a good feeling.
00:14I try to, in my workouts, I try to hit that on a daily.
00:17So then when I get in the games, it's a regular thing.
00:19He's been on a journey since he's gotten in the NBA.
00:21He's started, he's not started,he's passed up,
00:25come off the bench,he's had there.
00:26But throughout it, he's kept a level of professionalism,
00:29AND I wanted him to go with the same consistency
00:29but like mental toughness so we're at our best when he's aggressive
00:32and he's bought into any role it's necessary to winning
00:35and just cares about competing, cares about the right stuff.
