00:11Lee Kokcek, together with Indonesians Hendrik Dwi Setiawan and Maulana Bachruddin, pleaded
00:18not guilty when they were jointly charged before Judge Datuk Chewan Zaidi Chewan Ibrahim.
00:24They have been accused of storing 12,789 litres of diesel in a tanker without a prime mover,
00:31as well as 89 litres in an intermediate bulk container tank without approval from a supply
00:37controller.
00:38The offences were allegedly committed at a premises in Taman Mount Austin on April 23.
00:44Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry, prosecuting Officer Noor Sulehan Abdul Rahman, requested
00:50bail of 100,000 ringgit for Lee and offered no bail for the foreign nationals, citing flight
00:57risk as they did not have valid identification documents.
01:01Lee's lawyer, Mohamed Azrul Sani Othman, requested a lower bail as his client works as a farmer
01:08on a tapioca plantation and earns about 2,000 ringgit a month.
01:13The court allowed bail of 10,000 ringgit with one surety for Lee and denied bail to the two
