00:00There's no question that the elections in May will be challenging for the Labour Party,
00:04but we can point to lots of great successes too.
00:07Only this week the Renters' Rights Act has come into effect to help protect tenants
00:11who are at the mercy of no-fault evictions every year from landlords trying to hike the price and kick
00:17them out.
00:18The Employment Rights Act is coming into effect, helping people on zero-hours contracts
00:22and they had no regular source of income.
00:25NHS waiting lists are the lowest they've been in three years
00:28and we saw borrowing falling as a consequence of our economic performance.
00:32So there's lots that we can be proud about in terms of the change that we're delivering across the country.
