00:34And I don't know if you've gotten it, just got released, a manifesto, can you believe it?
00:41And so he's got some big problems with the rest of his life.
00:45But it's a very, very bad, very bad situation.
00:48But his family knew that he had difficulty.
00:52His family seemed to be, I think, they spent a lot of time with his family.
00:56His family said he had big difficulty.
00:59Maybe they should have reported him a little bit more strongly, probably.
01:02But it's a hard thing to do, I guess.
