00:06Previously on Sheriff Country, my sister Zoe disappeared 14 years ago.
00:10She went to a party one night and she never came home.
00:12You're a sheriff's deputy. You can get answers.
00:14Mr. Barlow, you're under arrest for violation of the United States Internal Revenue Code.
00:18You've sold the wind, sheriff. Now you shall reap the whirlwind.
00:23I get a shot, Travis.
00:24I shot someone.
00:25There's too much pressure. His heart's not popping. He's dying.
00:28Tell Laura I love her.
00:29Boone, you are not saying goodbye.
00:31Cover me.
00:33Axel under attack.
00:34I'm ready to fight for you now.
01:04Southwest corner.
01:06Got it.
01:07I'm ready.
01:17Okay.
01:18I'm ready.
01:34I'm ready.
01:36I'm ready.
01:36Let's go.
02:13No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.
02:21Morning.
02:25I think I missed my calling.
02:27I should have gone into medicine.
02:31That is not the ringing endorsement that I was fishing for.
02:35I was just thinking about the night I was discharged from the hospital and you used a long tape and
02:40ripped a chunk of skin off my chest.
02:41It could happen to anyone.
02:43Twice.
02:50Honestly, Meg, seeing you in action during the siege never has anyone so clearly found their calling.
03:00I couldn't have done it without my people.
03:03No doubt.
03:04When you're doing Boone and Cassie their Medals of Valor tomorrow, maybe think about giving one to yourself.
03:13Okay, how'd I do?
03:17Hey, epidermis intact.
03:20And how are the lungs?
03:22Good as new.
03:24Yeah.
03:24I guess Enoch Barlow knew what he was doing.
03:27Don't joke about him.
03:29Do you remember how much you love my jokes?
03:32Boo.
03:32I have never loved your jokes.
03:41I feel so lucky.
03:47I never thought I'd get another chance.
03:49You had me scared there for a minute.
03:52I'm with you.
03:58Mom, can I borrow your hair dryer?
04:07Obviously, this is not how we were gonna tell you.
04:12Here you go.
04:13Seriously?
04:17Unbelievable.
04:19That is not the reaction I was expecting.
04:21Well, we surprised her.
04:23Right.
04:24Dispatch to Adam 1.
04:25You are needed at the courthouse.
04:26Scat.
04:27Okay, go.
04:28Go.
04:28We'll talk about it better.
04:29She'll be fine.
04:32Boone!
04:33Welcome back.
04:35I know you learn a lot on medical leave.
04:36Like, did you know that Bob Barker doesn't host The Price is Right anymore?
04:39Yeah, I did know that.
04:40Hello, Sheriff Fox.
04:42What do we got?
04:44This is Theo.
04:45That's Reed.
04:46Short version.
04:46They broke into the courthouse.
04:48Hacked the computers.
04:49Stole a bunch of files.
04:50Then set off the alarm.
04:50And here's the twist.
04:51They say Edgewater County hired them to do it.
04:54They're lying.
04:54Someone would have told me.
04:56Who's that?
04:57That's Russell, the night guard.
04:59I'm calling my boss.
05:00Our contract's in there.
05:01Along with the contact info for six people from the county board of supervisors who can verify our story.
05:06They hired us to tighten up security after the siege.
05:08So you're criminals for hire?
05:10White hat hackers.
05:12We use our powers for good.
05:14We get paid to do these penetration tests.
05:17Pen tests.
05:18No one says penetration.
05:19Basically, we get hired to identify and exploit any physical or digital vulnerabilities.
05:23We'll be sharing our findings with the county tomorrow.
05:26It can get awkward.
05:27Yeah, people do not like their browser history projected up on a share screen.
05:31Our findings are on those thumb drives.
05:34You buying any of this?
05:36I don't know how many burglars are waiting around to get caught.
05:39Why wasn't my office notified in advance?
05:41That's part of it.
05:43They're also testing police response time, giving us advance notice.
05:45We defeat the purpose.
05:46Boone and I responded within two minutes.
05:48No biggie.
05:49A++.
05:50Here, you start making calls.
05:52Deputy Campbell, can I have a word?
05:55What are you doing here?
05:56What do you mean?
05:58I was cleared to return.
05:59The review panel declared-
06:00Declared a good shoot.
06:01That's not what I'm talking about.
06:03It's no small thing to take a life, even if it's justified.
06:07There's no shame in it if you need more time.
06:08I don't.
06:10You're here.
06:11So's Boone.
06:12Why should I be any different?
06:15I'm fine, Sheriff.
06:18Alright, put those two in your car while Boone calls around.
06:21Courthouse employees are gonna start showing up.
06:23I have a feeling it might get heated.
06:25What the hell are you saying?
06:27These guys break into my courthouse, claim it's their job, and we just take their word for it?
06:32Nobody's taking their word for it, Judge Caffey.
06:34We have confiscated their belongings, and Deputy Campbell has a suspect in her cruiser until we verify their story.
06:40Can we at least go inside and see what they rifled through?
06:43I'm sorry, Judge McRae. Not until we figure out whether it's a crime scene.
06:46They copied everything off our computers?
06:48Bailiffs, judges, all court personnel, I believe so.
06:51But some of that's sensitive material.
06:55I just got off the phone with someone from the County Board of Supervisors.
06:59She confirmed the story. These guys are legit.
07:01Thanks for your patience, everyone. You can now enter the building.
07:03If you have any complaints, please take it up with the County.
07:06I'm gonna grab a bite with Nora.
07:09That's great. How's she doing?
07:12You know, she was shaking up at first. We had to stop watching the news.
07:15She didn't like seeing the details.
07:18But, uh, she really likes being the wife of a small-town celebrity.
07:23Who could blame her?
07:26She moved here yet?
07:27We're getting there. How about you and Travis?
07:30It's good. It's really good.
07:32Whoa. What is this girlish glow?
07:36I know. It's gross.
07:38We may have screwed up, though.
07:39We were waiting for the perfect time to tell Skye, and then this morning, she walked in on us.
07:44No.
07:44Oh, no. God, no, no. Just kissing.
07:47Oh.
07:48But she wasn't thrilled.
07:49I mean, did you expect her to be thrilled?
07:50Kinda.
07:51Isn't that every divorced kid's dream? Your parents getting back together?
07:53Give her time.
07:55Once she sees this, uh, hello, she'll come around.
07:59Get out of here.
08:00You guys are free to go.
08:03Nice.
08:03Thumb drives?
08:06Rest up.
08:07Hey, we're in town until tomorrow.
08:10Do you like line dancing?
08:12You have to excuse my friend here. You've got a little bit of a crack.
08:15Yo, dude, lay off.
08:17We saw you on TV.
08:18That whole siege of the sheriff's office, that was insane.
08:21You're one of the Edgewater heroes, right?
08:23I didn't come up with a nickname.
08:26Hey!
08:27You sons of bitches cost you my job!
08:29You should have been better at it!
08:30Hey!
08:33Hey!
08:36You okay?
08:45I'm fine.
08:48So how does it feel to be wearing the badge again?
08:51It's pretty boring.
08:52No.
08:52You're such a liar.
08:54You're beaming.
08:56It's because I'm looking at you.
08:57No.
08:58Mm-hmm.
08:58Don't even try that.
08:59You just keep digging.
09:01Just keep digging.
09:02You know, you have a little something.
09:04What?
09:04Right there.
09:06So bad.
09:07Yeah.
09:10Hey, Amber.
09:11Can we have the check, please?
09:13Oh, uh, it's been taken care of.
09:16They say thank you for keeping Edgewater safe.
09:19And Nora, they want to make sure you know your boyfriend's a hero.
09:22Thanks.
09:22Um, could you, do you mind just letting him know that he's not my boyfriend?
09:26That he's my, um, he's my husband?
09:28I'll do.
09:28Thanks.
09:29That's the first time you've called me, though.
09:32It felt good.
09:34Adam 2, respond.
09:35Hit and run with a 1055 by the Valley West Motel.
09:38Copy Adam 2, en route.
09:42I'm sorry.
09:43I knew the medical leave couldn't last forever.
09:46Okay.
09:48What's a 1055?
09:52It's a, it's a dead body.
09:57I'll see you tonight.
09:58Okay.
10:03Thank you very much.
10:05Do you have an idea on the victim?
10:07John Doe, no wallet, bone smashed to hell.
10:10Oh, could it have been an accident?
10:12Ah, they ran over the poor guy twice.
10:22Theo.
10:40No traffic cameras, no witnesses.
10:42His injuries suggest that they hit him at around 50 miles an hour.
10:45And then they reverse back over.
10:49Mickey, the security guard at the courthouse punched my car.
10:52Yeah, we'll look into him.
10:53I think we should bring him in now.
10:55Cassidy, we're evaluating the crime scene.
10:57We will follow the evidence.
10:59Right now, everyone's a suspect.
11:10Tweezers?
11:15Is that a paint chip?
11:19We're looking for a blue car.
11:23Cassidy, you stay on scene.
11:25I want you to oversee Theo's transport and Bunya with me.
11:27We've got to track his movements from the time we released him until the time he ended up here.
11:36This is where Theo and Reed were staying according to their binder.
11:44Sheriff's office.
11:44What is this?
11:54iPad on the table.
11:55There's cash on the dresser.
11:56This wasn't a robbery.
11:58Sheriff Fox.
11:58What the hell is going on?
12:01Where's Theo?
12:05Three years we worked together.
12:07I mean, he wasn't just a partner, he was family, you know?
12:10I do.
12:12Um, can you walk me through your morning after Cassidy released you?
12:15We came back here, dropped off our stuff, and then went to go grab food.
12:20But Theo's vegan.
12:22He has trouble eating on the road.
12:24He couldn't find anything, so he took a cab back here while I ate.
12:27Oh, he, um, texted me.
12:31This driver needs a cologne intervention.
12:33What time was that?
12:349.26 a.m.
12:36CHP responded a little before 10.
12:39Okay.
12:40That's our window.
12:42Did Theo know anyone in Edgewater?
12:44Anyone who might want to hurt him?
12:45No, I mean, we both flew in for the job.
12:47Did anybody else know where you were staying?
12:50I mean, he was in the binder, but you're the only ones who saw.
12:52You said you guys dropped off stuff.
12:54What stuff?
12:55Stuff.
12:58Stuff from the pen test.
13:00The thumb drives.
13:01We hit them in here.
13:03That's what they took.
13:05Why would someone steal those?
13:06And people keep all sorts of private stuff on their work computers.
13:08Stuff they might not want shared with the board of supervisors.
13:11Exactly.
13:11Who else knew about the pen tests?
13:12We're doing the investigating read.
13:14But I can help.
13:15No, you can't.
13:17All right, we'll have a crime scene unit process this room.
13:19What's a good number to reach you if anything comes up?
13:27Stay safe.
13:32The stolen thumb drives definitely pointed to someone who knew about the pen test.
13:36Factor in the narrow time window.
13:38We can assume that whoever killed Theo followed Reed and him from the courthouse back to their motel.
13:43What'd you find on the security guard?
13:45Russell Kavner.
13:46Get this.
13:47The lock on Theon Reed's motel was picked, right?
13:51Well, Kavner used to work as a locksmith.
13:53He would know how to do that.
13:54And he certainly had the morning free after getting fired.
13:56Did you get an address?
13:57And to sell.
13:58He hasn't been answering.
13:59All right, Boone.
14:00Pay him a visit.
14:02Cassidy, you and I are going to make a list of everyone who was at the courthouse this morning.
14:07Russell Kavner.
14:08This is Deputy Boone.
14:09I just have a few questions for you.
14:16Mr. Kavner.
14:33Do not move.
14:34Do not move.
14:35I didn't do it, okay?
14:36I didn't do it, okay?
14:37I went to an NA meeting after I got fired.
14:40A lot of good that did me.
14:41Get out of there.
14:41You almost got yourself shot.
14:43Turn around.
14:44Hands on your head.
14:50Sit down.
14:51I swear.
14:52I said the same thing to the other guy.
14:54The other guys?
14:55Is there someone else here?
15:07Hey, this other guy.
15:09Was it the dude from the courthouse this morning?
15:11Yeah.
15:12He left a little while ago.
15:17You almost have to admire it.
15:19No.
15:20You don't.
15:23Russell's at the hospital.
15:25He consented to rehab and I confirmed his alibi.
15:27Also, he remembered something once he sobered up.
15:30When we were at the courthouse,
15:32Judge McCray asked him if he knew where Theo and Reed were staying.
15:36McCray?
15:38The juvenile judge?
15:40With that non-profit, the McCray Children's Fund.
15:42Nora keeps wanting me to donate my old Buick there.
15:44Not happening.
15:46Close that door.
15:50Okay, so there were eight people other than Russell at the courthouse.
15:54We're gonna look into all of them.
15:56But I want to start with the judges.
15:57Cassidy, you take McCray.
15:59You take Caffey.
16:00The possible motives.
16:02Let's get eyes on their cars.
16:03Do it quietly.
16:04Between the two of them, they have 50 years on the bench.
16:06They're not gonna like us sniffing around.
16:08We'll circle back tomorrow.
16:14I'm worried about her.
16:16Should I be?
16:17We all got eyes on her, you know.
16:19Her family's looking out for her.
16:22Good to have you back, Boone.
16:24It's good to be back, boss.
16:28Hey.
16:30Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, hang on.
16:31Your dad's almost home.
16:32We're gonna eat together.
16:33We have some things to discuss.
16:34Uh, I know, and that is why I'm gonna eat upstairs.
16:39Oh, come on, Skye.
16:40Can't we talk about this like adults?
16:42I'm sorry, Mom, but I'm in the middle,
16:43and I really don't want to be, so...
16:45What do you mean?
16:46How are you in the middle?
16:47Look, I know this thing with your dad is a surprise,
16:49but is it really that big of a surprise?
16:51Just talk to Dad, okay?
16:54Well, I'm talking to you.
16:56I know, but we're talking about two different things.
17:00I'm talking about your dad and I getting back together.
17:02What are you talking about?
17:03Hey, smells good in here.
17:09Are you gonna tell her or am I?
17:11Tell me what?
17:14Uh...
17:17Look, I'm not mad that you and Dad are back together.
17:20I'm mad that he hasn't told you who his new client is.
17:23Sorry, Dad, but it's a small office and the walls are thin.
17:28Tell her.
17:34Tell her.
17:38Enoch Barlow.
17:41I'm defending Enoch Barlow.
17:54How is this even legal?
17:56You're a witness.
17:57You were shot by one of his guys.
17:59The judge hasn't signed off on it yet.
18:01I was waiting to tell you until we got court approval.
18:05We?
18:06You and Barlow?
18:06He, uh, he called me from jail earlier this week.
18:10We got to talking and...
18:13I don't know, somehow during the siege we connected.
18:16Okay.
18:17He's using you, Travis.
18:19It's a PR stunt.
18:20You can't even see it.
18:21Nick, he's got a case.
18:22That whole thing started with a bad arrest.
18:25The feds blew in with a paper-thin tax evasion case.
18:28Do you remember lying on the floor of the utility room bleeding out?
18:31It was a war, Travis.
18:33Boone took a bullet.
18:35Cassidy took a life.
18:37We all did.
18:38And you want to defend the person that could have prevented the violence but didn't?
18:43He's also the guy that kept me alive.
18:45He didn't have to do that.
18:47And it wasn't Enoch who started the siege.
18:49It was his people.
18:50Doing what he trained them to do.
18:51And if a jury agrees with you, then he will go to jail for the rest of his life.
18:56He is still entitled to a defense.
18:58I'm not saying that he's not, but why does it have to be you?
19:01Because I almost died, Nick.
19:04That was almost the end.
19:06Yeah, I remember lying there, bleeding, not being able to breathe.
19:10And you know what I kept thinking?
19:11I kept thinking, my life has been this big.
19:13I was a father at 18.
19:15I've never left Edgewater.
19:16I love you, Mickey.
19:17And I love Skye.
19:19And I don't regret a second of it.
19:22But I have never had that case.
19:25I've never strived.
19:27Then run a marathon!
19:29I don't know.
19:31Take up rock climbing!
19:32You're not hearing me.
19:33The FBI acted with reckless impunity when they stormed in with no warning.
19:39No backup.
19:39None of us should have been in that situation.
19:42And someone has to tell the jury that story, Mickey.
19:46I have to fight for what is important to me.
19:49Like me?
19:50Yeah.
19:50You said, before the siege, you said you'd fight for me.
19:58Is this how you do it?
19:59It's not like that, Mickey.
20:00I'm not choosing this case over you.
20:04But you have to.
20:06It's either me or the case.
20:07You can have both.
20:09It's an ultimatum.
20:18You know, I really thought that if I just explained it to you right, then you'd understand.
20:29But I guess I should have known you wouldn't even try.
20:38I'm going to bed.
20:39But for the record, we all nearly died that night.
20:46I feel you didn't, too.
21:05I feel you had fun to say I'm not standing alone.
21:11I'm not drinking.
21:15work oh shoot uh this is for her i'm getting on a plane to new york so i can't make
21:20the medal

21:51mean yeah oh my god they're back together i guess i shouldn't be surprised those two always seem to
21:57find a way though you don't seem too thrilled um no it's not that it's just
22:05i'm really enmeshed in my parents lives living with my mom working for my dad
22:12i feel like i'm 14. did you know i tried to work for my father when he wouldn't hire me
22:19yeah your pop-pop always wanted your dad to take over the company i had to go work for a
22:25competitor
22:26and double their business before my dad would even consider bringing me on that's insane no it was good

23:02the real answer is you'll work harder than you've ever worked in your life
23:06and you'll learn a hell of a lot
23:12thank you so much for coming on such short notice i reached out to five juvenile lawyers
23:17and no one got back to me well i'm not surprised judgment craze had people censured for less she is
23:22vindictive calculating really that's not her reputation well she's got this whole town convinced
23:29she's some kind of insane so who is she really when i was at the public defender's office
23:39i had this client 12 years old judge mccrae sentenced him to three days in juvie for stealing
23:46a pack of gum and that was on top of 14 days for spray painting a stop sign 12 years
23:52old 17 days in a
23:54cell that's awful and the thing that really killed me was she would send them out to this private
23:59detention center way out on the county line just far enough to make it tough for families to visit
24:03it's just needlessly cruel that detention center what's it called make sure we have enough glasses
24:10too for everyone morning uh you do know that you're getting your picture taken today right
24:18i have a hairbrush in my desk yes arriving in an hour my sister stole tampons when she was 14.
24:24my mom begged the judge to be lenient zoe had never been arrested she got a month i was only
24:2911 but i
24:30remember visiting downey correctional facility two hour drive out on the county line she was never the
24:36same after she started acting out fighting with my mom i don't think she would have disappeared if it
24:42hadn't been for that sentence okay why are you telling me this mary mccrae was the judge she's been doing
24:48this for years over sentencing kids for minor offenses and then shipping them off to downey and she gets
24:56away with it because the juvia records are sealed i agree it's terrible but what does this have to do
25:00with theo's murder the county spends millions every year incarcerating kids downey is private so the
25:06number is even higher this is a for-profit prison mickey so the more kids you put away the more
25:12money you
25:13make you think mcrae is getting kickbacks she's certainly keeping the beds full and the evidence
25:18was in the thumb drives i just pulled security footage from the courthouse parking lock i wanted
25:24to get eyes on judge caffi's vehicle i found something way better that is vim galdin mcrae's bailiff
25:30this footage is from yesterday a few hours after theo was killed galdin is driving a large red suv
25:35but earlier that morning he drove a small blue suv that is he did before theo got run over and
25:45then
25:46he switched it for the large red suv all right we've got to pull registrations for both of these
25:51vehicles already done the blue suv is galdin's the red suv is registered to a steve healy no
25:56known connection between them so i called healy healy said he donated the red suv three weeks ago to
26:00the mcrae children's fund mcrae's non-profit this can't be a coincidence we need to get a warrant gina
26:09judge alice thompson she on the guest list for today yeah she'll be here give her a call see if
26:14she can come in a bit early
26:22see why you didn't want to do this at the courthouse we really need to get our hands on
26:27vim galdin's suv so i i need a search warrant for his home and for the mcrae children's fund
26:32warehouse do you think we have enough for that i really think we met the burden your normal case
26:37maybe there's nothing normal about going after a sitting judge if you take aim at mcrae you best not
26:45miss i think you need more what it's ridiculous thank you judge thompson we'll be right there
26:58judge thompson was doing us a favor she might have just saved our case sure doesn't feel like it
27:02hey we get one shot at this all right we should have caltrans pull the traffic cam footage between
27:10the motel and the courthouse if we see galdean's car anywhere along the way that could tip the scale
27:15in the meantime let's all just take a breath and get through this ceremony or i could skip the ceremony
27:20and i can donate my car to mcrae's children's fund and if i see the blue suv with the front
27:26smashed in
27:26then we can seize it under the plain view doctrine and screw the warrant that's not how the plain
27:31view works ghasty then you know that i know the connection to your sister has made this case very
27:36personal for you but you're not thinking straight i want you to receive the medal and then go home and
27:41get some rest i don't want the damn medal theo is dead these kids lives are getting ruined and we
27:47can't even get a warrant meanwhile i murder someone and they want to throw me a party hey you didn't
27:53murder anybody you didn't you were defending yourself you did everything right that's what
28:01everyone keeps saying and if that's true then why can't i sleep mickey the journalists are getting antsy
28:14and boom norris looking for you we'll be right there cassidy hey look at me
28:28we're all here for you
28:31we got each other through that night we're gonna get each other through the aftermath okay
28:40take a few minutes
28:42I don't know.
29:13Reed?
29:14It's Deputy Campbell.
29:16We met yesterday?
29:18I have a proposition for you.
29:45How do they do this?
29:47Leave their house every morning.
29:49Kiss their loved ones goodbye.
29:51Not knowing if they're ever gonna see the man.
29:56I don't know.
29:58They put it out of their head.
29:59They don't think about it.
30:01Yeah.
30:03Yeah, I guess that's right.
30:05But what about their loved ones?
30:08What are they supposed to do?
30:09Yeah.
30:11The same.
30:37You are outgunned.
30:39Outmanned.
30:40I shot someone.
30:41You kept me alive.
30:42You okay, Cass?
30:45I'm good.
30:48You missed the spot.
30:51We were gonna repair it, but I don't want anyone to forget what you guys went through that night or
30:56what you did for this town.
30:57You should be proud of what you did.
30:59Can I shake the hand of an Edgewater hero?
31:04Judge McRae.
31:05Call me Mary.
31:06Cassidy Campbell.
31:07I know who you are.
31:08You've been all over the news.
31:10Can I get a photo?
31:18Actually, I think you knew my sister Zoe Campbell.
31:22I can't say I remember the name.
31:25Oh, that's a winner.
31:27From one public servant to another.
31:36Those of us who wear the badge know that it is just a piece of metal.
31:40It doesn't make you stronger or braver.
31:42It just amplifies what's already inside the person wearing it.
31:46Medals of valor are different.
31:48They tell a story of bravery and dedication, selfless sacrifice in the face of insurmountable odds.
31:56Never in my 20 years of service have two deputies deserved this honor more than Cassidy Campbell and Nathan Boone.
32:04Deputy Campbell risked her life to pull a wounded civilian to safety during the initial skirmish.
32:10She single-handedly held off the first wave of intruders, giving us a chance to fortify our defenses.
32:17Deputy Campbell.
32:21It is my honor to present you with this Medal of Valor.
32:39Later, after holding off our attackers for more than 30 minutes, Lieutenant Boone and I were pinned down right over
32:47there.
32:48We were nearly out of ammo and under heavy fire.
32:51That's when Lieutenant Boone took a bullet to the arm.
32:54And had it struck half an inch to the left, it would have severed an artery and killed him.
33:00That's when our transmitter crackled back to life. Wounded.
33:05Lieutenant Boone risked his own life to get to that transmitter, sprinting through a sea of bullets.
33:11Within minutes of that call, our people had the place surrounded. The siege was over.
33:21Lieutenant Boone.
33:21Lieutenant Boone.
33:22Lieutenant Boone.
33:25It is my honor to present you with this Medal of Valor.
33:46Nora
33:49Hey
33:53Stuck at work
33:55I'll see you soon
33:57Did you text me that before or after the suicide run?
34:00I'm sorry
34:01I didn't want to scare you
34:02No, I get that
34:04I do, but I mean
34:06I saw the pictures
34:07And then I heard all that
34:08And you never said any of that
34:11You didn't want to talk about it
34:12You didn't want to watch the news
34:13What was I supposed to do?
34:16Jason used to say
34:19That no one ever went back to the force once they got shot
34:21He would joke about it
34:22And he would say it was the golden ticket
34:24That
34:26You just get nicked in the arm
34:28And you get to retire with full benefits
34:30It was done
34:31You were set for life, right?
34:32So
34:35Why can't you do that?
34:38Because
34:39I'm not looking for a golden ticket
34:41I love what I do
34:43I'm not done doing it yet
34:45Did you ever consider it?
34:47I mean, did you ever consider me?
34:49Yes, of course
34:51Of course I did
34:53I know guys retire
34:55But I would be miserable
34:58Without this job
35:00I'd be lost
35:03And that's not the guy you married
35:07I love the guy I married
35:14I just, I thought that we could, you know
35:15Have a happy ending in this safe town
35:17But I can't
35:18I'm so sorry
35:19I would worry all the time
35:20And I would make myself sick
35:21And I
35:22I tried to do this
35:23And I can't do it
35:24I can't be a cop's wife anymore
35:25I'm so sorry
35:27But I
35:37Bye

37:08search and seizure the tire treads on your car match the tracks of the scene as does the blue
37:13paint you might want to consider if the person you're protecting the person you killed for
37:17will protect you i didn't kill anybody that's what a jury's take is going to be after seeing these
37:33he wasn't supposed to be there i went to the motel where the thumb drives

38:03that's outrageous on what charge take your pick conspiracy to commit murder obstruction not to
38:09mention the millions of dollars you've been receiving in illegal kickbacks from downey correctional
