Pep Guardiola reflects on a time when the World Cup felt like a true celebration of global football.
Transcript
00:00There's been a lot of discussion about the World Cup tickets and really expensive tickets and like $90 trains.
00:06What's your kind of opinion on that?
00:10Before I remember, no, the World Cup, years, years, years ago, the World Cup was like a celebration of the
00:15joy of football for the nations to go there.
00:17And everyone traveled all around the globe, you know, from other continents to see your country, to play there.
00:23And it was affordable.
00:28No, more than times, right?
00:30So, so expensive.
00:34But I'm not, you know, I'm not there.
00:37So I don't know the reason why.
00:38Hopefully they can think about it and make football for the fans.
00:43So, of course, you have to think about sponsors.
00:47You have to think about all this kind of stuff because otherwise we'll be not sustainable.
00:51Everybody knows it.
00:52But so, funds are the key.
00:56The key for this business can go on.
