02:31And then we need to also look at different level of people yang ada minat dalam bidang masakan macam ni,
02:37yang kita boleh groom diorang yang tu at different level.
02:40Professional, entrepreneur, yang bawah, yang kadang-kadang yang lebih berjaya, entrepreneur pun,
02:45boleh come in to kuali, to give nasihat, to organize seminar, to show them.
02:49There's one end about what you learn dalam bidang food and beverage, hospitality.
02:53There's another end about coming to the real world and this is what to be expected.
02:56And how do you face with all these challenges yang kita melalui to overcome this so that we can produce
03:02better food,
03:03better quality restaurant so that, you know, Malaysia can be very proud that our restaurant are at that level where
03:08everyone perhatin.
03:10Kuali is not just about recipe, masak bagi.
03:13Everybody can just masak and ni kan.
03:15But you need quality, quality ni.
03:17Kuali should produce anak saiklopedia, makanan juga.
03:20Makanan Melayu.
03:21Do that.
03:21Dokumen semua ni.
03:22So, Sosya, so what are your thoughts Kuali relaunched in Bahasa Melayu?
