00:03I've told Antonia that Prime Minister Maloney should wear these insults as a badge of honor.
00:14If the bad guys insult you, that means you're a good guy.
00:19But it's also quite amusing, because you know who's done it.
00:24A guy called Solovyov.
00:26He's a nasty, Goebbelsian Russian propagandist.
00:31What the Russians do is that they reinforce cleavages that already exist.
00:40So in Poland, you know, we have, one always has some historical issues with neighbors.
00:47So the Russians magnify historical grievances that Poland has with Germany and with Ukraine.
00:56The point is, it's all done in order to set us against one another and in order to distract us
01:02from the danger of Russian imperialism.
01:05What they want to do is to persuade you that everybody else is as bad as they are, and to
01:12set you against your allies and your own compatriots.
01:17And that's enough for them.
01:20And they want you to destroy the European Union from within, through the political process of your own country.
01:27Because, think about it, each European country, even Italy, even Germany, by comparison with Russia, is small.
01:36As the European Union, we are a giant.
01:38And they know.
01:40I'm worried by the fact that President Trump talks about NATO as them, rather than us.
01:49Because that's what our nationalists in Poland, that's how they address the European Union.
01:54Then, rather than us.
01:56And it's always a sign of alienation.
02:03I wish there wasn't a war in Ukraine, and I wish there wasn't a war with Iran.
02:11So, you know, we support mediation.
02:17We agree with His Holiness the Pope, that peace is better than war.
02:24You know, once a head of state, publicly lies, these are not my men in Crimea.
02:32I have absolutely no intention of invading Ukraine.
02:36Then how can you, you know, how can you have normal dealings with such a person?
02:43So, we need to deter Putin from invading anybody else.
02:48And we need to re-establish the principle, arrive that after two bloody world wars,
02:56that you may not change borders in Europe by force.
