Billionaire investor Mark Cuban has stunned political circles by flatly rejecting the idea of former Vice President Kamala Harris running for president in 2028. Once a key supporter during her 2024 campaign, Cuban now says he “doesn’t care” about potential candidates and is focused solely on fixing America’s healthcare system. His blunt remarks have fueled speculation about growing divisions within Democratic circles and raised questions about who could emerge as a serious contender in the next presidential race.

00:00You were a major Kamala Harris surrogate in 2024, and I'm going to give you a pop quiz.
00:05What was her message on health care?
00:07Don't remember, don't care. Those days are gone. It doesn't matter.
00:11All I can tell you is Republicans have one.
00:13I don't care, right? There's no reason to relitigate that.
00:17You're inspired by it.
00:18No, I mean, no, I mean, it doesn't matter.
00:21You know, right now, Republicans need better health care, cheaper health care.
00:25Democrats need better. There's no point in relitigating any of that.
00:28I mean, yeah, I mean, I would undo the Luka trade, too, if I could, you know.
00:38So let me rephrase that in a forward-looking way or revise it in a forward-looking way.
00:43Would you like to see her run for president again?
00:45No.
00:46And tell me why not.
00:47It doesn't matter.
00:48It doesn't matter?
00:49To me, again, I don't care at this point in time.
00:54Right now, you know, we've got until 2028.
00:56I don't care who the candidates are.
00:58I'm not trying to pick a candidate.
01:00I'm not trying to promote a candidate.
01:02I'm trying to change how fucked up this health care industry is right now.
01:05It's all happening now.
01:08But you didn't say, when I said if you want to see her run for president again, you didn't say,
01:13maybe, I don't know.
01:13You said no.
01:14Right.
01:19Because there's time for someone new?
01:22There's time for a lot of new shit right now, right?
01:25And, you know, if somebody, if she came out or anybody came out and talked to, look, the number one
01:31thing that everybody complains about is health care.
01:34Right?
01:34Affordability, which a big part of that is health care.
01:36And what people don't talk about, they talk about the premiums, but most people can't afford their deductibles.
01:41If you can't afford your deductible, you do not have health care.
01:44And you know what's crazy?
01:46If you want to go to, you know, the National Champs Indiana University to party for one semester, and party
01:55for one semester and drop out, we'll loan you money to do that.
01:58Or we'll guarantee your loans.
02:00If you have a company and you need a small business loan and you find a bank to give it
02:04to, the government and taxpayers will guarantee that loan.
02:07If you have a house, HSA, others will come, Freddie, Fannie will come in and help guarantee all that.
02:13Some cities, some states will even give you a down payment if it's your first house.
02:17If you get fucked up in a wreck and can't afford your deductible, good luck to you.
02:23Right?
02:23We need to be able to step up and help people where they need help.
02:28Giving the money for HSAs changes nothing.
02:30Giving the more premium tax credits changes nothing.
02:33And so if somebody came out and said, all right, here's a better plan where we can make sure that
02:39people have transparency in cost and price, and when they can't afford the out-of-pocket that's necessitated, we'll work
02:47with them to provide that for them.
02:48I'll listen.
02:49I don't care what party they're from.
02:51You know, I don't care how it's done.
02:53You came back and ran again.
02:54You know, I don't care.
02:56So you could, you could use yourself if, if, if, if, if, if, if, could you see yourself for supporting
03:01a Republican?
03:01Yeah, I don't care.
03:03Right, I don't care what's best for the country.
03:05I'm not an idiot.
03:06I don't care about parties.
03:07Get rid of both parties.
03:08I'm happier.
03:09Oh, man.
